Our Residence it's a family-run business, the owner of this beautiful new Residence built in 2009, at Lido degli Estensi on the Adriatic Coast of Emilia Romagna. I have been working in the tourism industry for over 30 years now and thanks to my professional experience, I can finally offer this beautiful holiday accommodation to anyone who loves relaxing and enjoying the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Coast together with their family and friends!

Why Pino Arveda chose Lido degli Estensi
We decided to build and rent this property to offer our birthplace, Comacchio and the beach towns of Ferrara, a new kind of service quality that adapts perfectly to the high standards or foreign tourists. This also creates an unique opportunity to show tourists the beauty of the local nature, the Po Delta Park.
What makes this Apartment unique
One of the most important features of my property is its unique location: right in front of the new pleasure boat harbour where my guests can admire the beautiful sunset. The large swimming pool area and the golden, sandy beaches are perfect for those who love to enjoy the warmth of the Italian sunshine!

Schön und sauber, toller Pool
Wir waren mit der Anlage zufrieden, alles ist schön eingerichtet und auch sauber.
Das Personal ist sehr nett. Der Pool hat uns und unseren Kindern sehr gut gefallen, es gibt dort auch eine gute Auswahl an Spielzeug.
Was uns etwas gehört hat war die Lautstärke im Haus. Das könnten Filzgleiter für die Stühle schon viel helfen. Die Toiletten Spülungen sind leider auch recht laut.
Der Weg zum Strand ist mit Kindern etwas anstrengend da es teilweise keinen Gehweg gibt und man auf der stark befahrenen Strasse laufen muss. Hier müsste die Stadt nachbessern das liegt nicht in der Verantwortung vom Verwalter der Anlage aber evtl. könnten Sie das weitergeben.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche kann man vor Ort mieten, wir hatten jedoch unsere eigenen dabei. Klimaanlage kann man für 8€ pro Tag mieten.

Schöne Anlage, super Pool, wenig pittoreske Umgebung
Wohnung und Anlage sind sauber, der Pool ist grossartig, insbesondere für Kinder. Die Belegschaft ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Funktionalität liess zumindest in unserer Wohnung leider etwas zu wünschen übrig (schwaches WLAN, kaputter Kühlschrank, schlecht schliessendes Türschloss) und die Küchenausstattung ist minimal (z.B. gibt es keine Geschirrtockentücher). Dennoch haben wir uns in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die vielen stehenden Gewässer in der Gegend gibt es unzählige Mücken, die dank Fliegengitter zum Glück nicht den Weg in die Wohnung finden (aber in die Restaurants). Das Dorf und die Gegend sind nicht besonders schön anzusehen und der Strand ist mit tausenden von Liegestühlen verbaut. Dafür stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und das Meer wie auch die Restaurants sind ausgeszeichnet.
Un luogo molto pulito e curato
La residence Cleo è una bellissima struttura dove ogni cosa è curata al meglio e nonostante abbia quasi una decina d'anni sembra nuova. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e gli appartamenti sono molto confortevoli.

Gut organisiertes und gepflegtes Ferienresort. Absolut empfehlenswert!
Wir sind mit dem Auto gekommen. Der Parkplatz macht einen guten übersichtlichen Eindruck und wird bewacht. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und sehr gut organisiert. Es ist alles in tadellosem Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich und ein absolutes Plus sind vor allem die Moskitonetze, die es sogar auf dem Balkon gibt. Wir haben gerne das Fitnessstudio und den Pool genutzt. Für die Kinder mit vielen einsetzbaren Spielelementen und von der Größe genau richtig. Auch hier hat der Bademeister immer gelassen für Ordnung und Sauberkeit gesorgt.
Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns dort richtig gut erholen!

This newly constructed apartment hotel is located in the heart of the Po Delta Park approximately 400 meters from the centre of Lido degli Estensi, a seaside resort of the Adriatic Coast not far away from Ferrara. It overlooks the new harbour 'Marina degli Estensi' and is located at roughly 800 meters from the beach. Lido degli Estensi is the Lido for having fun, the young people's beach, with its shopping streets glittering with boutiques. Its long beaches of fine sand are perfect for relaxing in front of a calm sea. It is ideal for children who can play and swim in tranquillity, and for families; but young people as well can find numerous opportunities to practice sport and to go out to the many clubs and bars. Lido degli Estensi is in a perfect position to take excursions: it is 100 km away from Venice, 90 km from San Marino, 50 km from Ferrara, 25 km from Ravenna and from the amusement park 'Mirabilandia'.
