Security deposit is $500 for renters (lost beach badges, lost parking pass, excessive damage or heavy cleaning will come out of security. Otherwise, deposit will be refunded).

NOTE: NO SMOKING. NO PETS.

Looking for families with children and adults.

Our property is located 3 blocks from the boardwalk and 1 block from the bay in Seaside’s relaxing north end. Families with children will love walking straight to Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach, both right down the street.

We have an enclosed porch for sipping morning coffee with original 1920s windows, living room with pull out sofa, and a full size hidden dining table.

The kitchen is fully stocked should you chose to stay in and cook or grill. We have a picnic table in the back along with a small seating area and outdoor shower for washing off the sand.

First bedroom has a full-size bed, and the second bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed.

House is equipped with WiFi and TV with Amazon Firestick.

On street parking is available. We provide guests with 1 parking pass allowing you to park at any metered spot not on Ocean Blvd. We also provide you with 4 beach passes, beach chairs, and a beach cart.

Family get away

The place was so convenient, we parked our car and didn’t have to move it only to go the supermarket Acme, last 2times only. Everything was walking distances, the beach, amusement rides, the restaurants. The host left us everything we needed. I recommend this place, to others.

We were looking for a house rental that was good for our family of 5, close to the beach and enough room for us to relax. This house fit all our needs and then some. The property was super clean, big back yard for eating outside, comfortable. Jena is a great host, excellent communication, super friendly and there to take care of your needs. I would highly recommend renting this property for anyone looking to get away in the SeaSide area. 5 stars!!

Great location and perfect getaway!

My daughter wanted to celebrate her sweet sixteen in Seaside. We rented this house for 3 nights - it was my husband, and my daughter and her two friends. Perfect! Everything was clean - bathroom is new, and we received new linens. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, etc. Parking was no problem, we always found a spot on the street. There was a cute backyard where we grilled and ate outside. The TV had streaming services, we were able to sign into apps and watch TV with no issues. Beach badges and parking passes easily located. Five minute walk to the beach/boardwalk. Binder provided with information about the house and activities in the area. Communication with owner was swift and she even messaged us while we were there with that night's activities in Seaside. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Never believe a picture of a place without a real feel

This was my first experience with vrbo and it wasent a very good one . Me and my family were so excited to get out and go on a trip while this pandemic has crushed everything . I booked it months in advance and on the day prior I get a call that the hot water didn’t work and there sorry and we can cancel it if we need to and at that point where was I going to go ? Now we all know emergency can happen so after talking they said they could get a plumber there so we went there and the plumber said he couldn’t get it fixed till tomorrow upon being there for the few min to look there was basically a toy hot water heater that was a joke so it was going to happen eventually anyway so in this type of business you shouldn’t cheap out on something that could break easily . The plumber was nice and told me they just called it in meanwhile it was told the day before . Well since I was not going to take a chance of this not getting fixed by tomorrow because there is no guarantee I decided to call the owner and let them know and no response so we decided to get a quick place . It was about 8 at nite when we finally got a message bqck which is totally not cool and was happy to refund me but tried to pull a slick one on the cleaning fees which by the way is the owner doing the cleaning not a professional service and with COVID around shouldn’t be doing that . I put a chargeback on my card when the owner didn’t answer me and she found out later and it took literally 2 months to get my 3 hundred bucks back from the fees that I never used . I also went to the backyard and there yard was trashed and the shed was caved in . This was a nightmare experience that I wouldn’t want anyone to go through . After all is said she made it out as I was trying to get a better deal and the way I look at it if I spend over 900 bucks for 2 nites I don’t think you should have cover up service and either old pics of the property or edited pics . When it was all said and done she tried to offer me a free nite there and you couldn’t pay me enough to be in a run down house and a landlord that really only cares about collecting there money for there stay instead of taking care of there renters becuase let’s face it we pay her bills not her .

Our home is small but comfortable and full of charm! Built in the 1920s, this classic bungalow style residence was one of the few to make it through Super Storm Sandy with no damage, retaining lots of its original features.
