About Yvette Morrison
Hi, I'm Yvette and together with my husband Mike, we own two homes in Llanelli which we rent out as holiday homes. My working life has been peppered with all sorts of roles over the years, but I've always had a real interest in houses and interior design. Many people think I've done courses in it, but I've not, I just love making things look nice and enjoy doing creative things. Mike & I have a teenage daughter, Kenzie who is going to Uni in September. We have three dogs (yes 3!) who are part of the family, along with 5 cats.
Yvette Morrison purchased this House in 2007
Why Yvette Morrison chose Llanelli
We love the area our homes are in as there is so much to do here but it is also still very unspoilt and tranquil! It's a great place to come and relax, but for those (like Mike) that cannot sit still for very long, there is plenty to see and do. The views from the balcony in Beachlands View are stunning and there are glorious sunsets too. Beachlands House works really well for families with smaller children as there is the fully enclosed secure back garden where we have provided play equipment for the kids to help burn off some more energy!
What makes this House unique
Location, location, location as they say! The views are stunning, the place is very tranquil, yet close enough to civilisation to make it perfectly located for all modern amenities. What more could I add!

Fantastic & dog friendly
Beachlands House is in a fantastic location to explore Llanelli, the surrounding area and is dog friendly. The house is lovely. It was like home from home. Comfy beds, tastefully decorated throughout, fully equipped kitchen, basic supplies included. Yvette was very quick to answer any questionswe had prior to arriving. We had no cause to contact her during our stay as everything was tip top. The location is perfect for dogs, being so close to the beach & right on the Millenium Coastal Path. Plenty of food stores within a short drive & St Elli's Bay restaurant a stones throw away, serving a great breakfast, lunch & evening meal - had all 3 over the week 👍 Thank you Yvette Jo & Co

Lovely comfortable property and very well equipped. An excellent base to explore the coastline
Truly a home away from home.
We booked Beachlands house after I saw the great reviews and because we wanted to explore South of Wales with my family (3 daughters, mother in law and my husband).
The house was very clean and was well equipped. We all had a very comfortable
Stay and with the weather cooperating with us, We enjoyed going to the norman castles and had hours and hours walks and cycling at the millennium coastal path . The beach is just a couple of minutes walk away from the accommodation.
We had a great stay and my kids had fun playing the wii games!
Thank you for your review and I’m delighted you had a great time.
Thank you! 😊👍
Excellent location to use as a base. A home from home which was well equipped and very clean
Just a short walk to a nice large sandy beach, sea not deep enough to swim just paddle.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a revue. I hope you enjoyed your stay.
Well equipped house. Very close to the beach and the coastal path. Lovely walking areas nearby. Enjoyed visiting Burry Port and Llansteffan beach and castle. Supermarkets nearby.
The house was immaculate and well stocked with all the silly bits that you need but might forget and very close to the sea. We had lots of lovely days out as there is so much to do within an hours travel and a few days in where just wandered along the beach and around the nearby waterpark.
Thank you for your lovely review - it is most appreciated. I'm delighted that you had a great holiday too and found the house to be well equipped.
Thank you for your valued booking.
