awesome everything!
I had the pleasure of staying here initially with my family, including two children and then staying on with team mates competing in a sports event for a few days more. Everything about the place was excellent. It was comfortable, modern, had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen, pool and social area, Netflix for the kids, internet and was 5 minutes walk to shopping, restaurants, the beach and local water slide and carousel attraction which the kids loved. The pool was clean and well heated, the place has clearly been well renovated and communication with the property manager easy and a pleasure. I've stayed in a lot of locations and this takes the cake as my best experience and preferred property ever!
Great house, Great location.
We stayed for business - perfect accommodation for our party of 3 adults. Lovely property, well presented as described. Located in a beautiful town with cafes restaurants & beach within a short walk. Excellent host, very kind to meet us later than planned when we were delayed. Couldn't have asked for more. We will definately stay again for business, would also highly recommend for a family holiday.

We enjoyed our time at Semaphore Sand n Sea. The accommodation is beautiful - clean, well equipped and the pool is a bonus! The welcome platter was a lovely touch. We were visiting as a 3 generation family and our 5yo felt at home as much as my Mum, Dad an aunt. The location is fantastic - the walk to the pier to see the sunset is a must.
The hosts - Nat and Deb- are great! Super responsive and helpful with all our questions. We hope to be back here when back in SA next!

Everything you need for a fun family holiday
Natalie’s house is so thoughtfully set up, with everything you could possibly need for a great family holiday.
On arrival you are greeted by her friendly associate Deb, who shows you all the house features, and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Deb is available if you need her, with quick and helpful responses to your questions. Throughout the enquiry and booking process, Deb’s warmth and friendliness were evident in her messages and responses.
Natalie provides a lovely welcome platter of yummy gourmet nibbles, and also, generous provisions for a cooked breakfast the first day.
The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is easy to use, and the pool is a fantastic asset. We swam every day - even when the weather was relatively cool, as the pool is heated, and was never too cool for a swim. Pool toys, and beach towels are provided.
The house is in a quiet street just off Semaphore Road, and is walking distance from everything Semaphore has to offer, with a supermarket, takeaway food, cafes and restaurants all very nearby.
Semaphore foreshore has the wonderful old Palais (previously a 1920s ballroom, but now a bistro and bar overlooking the beach), water slides and carnival rides in the summer, a miniarure steam train and carousel all year round, the Odeon Cinema, and many historic homes and buildings to admire on your evening walks.
We could not have asked for more. Thankyou Deb and Natalie - we hope to be back again next summer :)
