With all of these bedrooms and separate baths, it is ideal for large families or groups. The condo is constructed on three floors with balconies adjacent to each of the bedrooms. On the main floor you will find an open living room/kitchen area, a half bath, washer/dryer and a patio. The condo is equipped with 2 flat screen TV, cable and (WIFI) secure internet access. A safe to keep passports and valuables is also available.

This condo also count with a modern individual filtered water reserve tank system working with a silence smart pump, assuring no lack of water at any time. The main courtyard of the complex is beautifully landscaped with tropical greenery and a wonderful pool with a waterfall. The complex is completely gated and has 24-hour security as well as its own parking area. It is only a 3 minute walk to the beautiful Tamarindo beach; perfect for beach strolling, surfing, and sunbathing. It is located at the south end of town, far enough from town to get away from the crowd, yet close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The closest restaurant is only one block from the complex and a small market is located only two blocks away. Luscious tropical, garden view balconies, perfect for bird watchers, give way to the occasional monkey sighting in the tropical forest adjacent to the complex.

*Hidden fee be warned

Property is nice, aside from low water pressure in the lower two bathrooms. Be careful of the hidden fee when checking out on a weekend. Even though I reserved with my dates fully known to them, that I would be checking out on a Sunday, they sent me one price for the 3 nights than blindsided us with a fine print rule they have about checking out on a weekend as we were checking out. As my dates were known this should of been included in the first price I was given instead of trying to be sneaky about it. Was actually going to comeback here again in a few months but will be staying elsewhere now as I don't feel this was proper business etiquette.

Close to beach and great restaurants

The gardens and the pool are beautiful and maintained by a man who is friendly and helpful and clearly loves his job. You can enjoy the call of the Howler monkeys in the morning while sipping your first cup of coffee. Easy walk to the beach shops and restaurants.

Great time in Tamarindo

Hans (the owner) was great and the property was perfect. We were 4 college students in Tamarindo for our spring break and were incredibly pleased with the condition of the apartment. All amenities are as listed and the condo is very close to the beach. For the price, we were really amazed with the quality of the spot. Plenty of space, a great pool with room to read.

We didn't have a car for the week and were pleased with the relatively central location of the condo. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for more space than a hotel for a cheaper price.

Christmas Vacation 2014

We rented this totally renovated condo for 10 days, last december 2013. We have 3 teenagers boys, all the family was very happy, the condo is very clean, and Villaververde residence extremely pleasant. Hans, the property manager was very attentive to our requests, and staff was very helpful with cleaning and making us feel at home. We will definitely come back.
