This luxury log cabin offers entertainment such as a beautifully equipped home theater room and a pool table, air hockey, High Speed wireless internet access and hot tub on the deck. Did we forget to mention the gas grill on the deck?

There is a separate game room on the upper level adjoining the theater room so the kids can gather and play upstairs, while the adults congregate downstairs on the main level with full kitchen, living room and dining room. An equipped kitchen and washer and dryer are included for your convenience.

Great location and clean. Well equipped. The theater room is not represented right- more like plastic stadium seating and is not a blue-ray player. The kids liked it though. Very professional customer service.

We enjoyed our stay. However, it was very difficult to regulate the heat. Basement bedrooms were freezing, main lever bedrooms were hot. The cabin looks much nicer on line but overall was adequate.

I failed a test because the internet was down the heat did not work downstairs we saw cockroaches in the kitchen and when we arrived home we saw some more cockroaches get into our bag when we arrived home. the book shelf had a nail and one of our children got stabbed in the head the toaster was not working properly the food processor was not working the walls in the bathroom downstairs are dirty, the sofa bed is broken 2 pots were burned inside found someone's tooth from the previous renters

Owner's Response: First of all, we would like to thank you for your feedback and apologize for all of the inconveniences that you endured during your stay. You reported the internet not working at 8:50 a.m. on 12/10. Maintenance was dispatched and called Comcast to have them come out and fix the problem. As I am sure you have experienced issues at home with your internet at some time or another, it can take several hours and sometimes a day or two to get a vendor out to correct your issues. In this case, Comcast came out a little before 4 p.m. Our maintenance technician reported the following: Comcast came and replaced the modem. They couldn't get the router to work and guests are in need of WiFi, so they plugged everything else into modem and are using the built in router on modem. If you were in jeopardy of failing a test due to no internet, we could have let you into another cabin to use the WiFi or even direct you to the McDonald's nearby where you could have used their free Wifi. We worked quickly to remedy this issue and it was out of our hands. As for the roaches, these were not reported to us until checkout. We sent our pest control vendor out and he sprayed the cabin for what he determined to be German wood beetles. These are definitely not "cockroaches" but a very common harmless insect in this area. The food processor I believe you are referring to is a blender and we keep extras onsite in our supply room, as well as new pots and pans, had this been reported to us. We welcome the opportunity to fix any issues while you are our guest and a phone call to our office would have remedied all of these issues in one trip by maintenance. Again, our sincere apologies for your dissatisfaction with your stay. The cabin definitely was not cleaned and supplied up to our standards. We have taken immediate action to ensure all of these problems were resolved prior to our next guest's stay.

The cabin was accurately described for for amount of guest it would sleep. It was an old cabin but clean. There were not enough towels for guests (we had 10). When we asked for more the maintenance dept made us go search the cabin to see if we had not looked in the right places for them, not once, but twice, before they agreed to bring more. You had to supply your own toilet paper, dish cleaning supplies (sponges, detergent, etc.), and we had to call to get hangers in the closets. The appliances looked nice, but did not work well. The game room was old (pool table slanted). The cable on the only nice TV cut in and out of service, not good for watching football. No good views. Location was close to entertainment and the hot tub did work. Lots of room for guests but very noisey creeking floors. No our idea of Luxury Cabin.

We are truly disheartened to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. We do usually ask that our guests check under the sinks in each of the bathrooms when we receive a report that there are not enough towels in the cabin. We find that often after a long drive, many of our guests are unaware they are additional towels and washcloths stored inside. We are sorry for the inconvenience as you should have only been asked to check each bathroom once. Hangers are provided in each of the cabin, additional hangers are available per request. We also provide a starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath soap, facial soap, dishwasher tablets, dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, and trash bags. While these are often not enough to last throughout the stay, we find that these items allow our guests time to unpack and unwind prior to making a trip to the grocery store. We have shared your feedback with our maintenance department regarding the maintenance issues. Thank you for bringing these to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience experienced due to these issues and hope you were able to enjoy your time spent in our area in light of these issues.
