Wi-fi. MP3 player new but not top of line. 3rd floor living area also has flatscreen. New, high quality linens and paint throughout. Ski in/ski out to MidStation Snubber Chairlift. 3-minute walk to Healthclub (pool, hot tubs, saunas, massage, yoga, and workout rooms) or Sugarloaf Inn (restaurant and brewery/bar). Ski down to or drive nearby to 100s of kilometers of groomed cross country trails. Updated golf course and restaurant for summer and fall with great fall foliage. World class mountain biking at Outdoor Center and adjacent Maine Huts and Trails bike network (summer and winter). Owner can provide intel on local/regional fishing opportunities.

About Andy

We are avid downhill and x-country skiiers who know the mountain very well. We love the convenient location and warmth of this unit with numerous couches and new TV and gas fireplace. We also have a rental property on a lake near St. Johnsbury, VT so we have experience with the needs of renters. We have also rented many places ourselves and this has influenced our choice of amenities. We count on repeat business so try to keep our two rental properties as comfortable as possible for our guests.

Why Andy chose Sugarloaf

For the past 5 years we did seasonal rentals all over the mountain before deciding to purchase in the Commons. This is an ideal location next to Snubber Mid-station Chairlift and amenities like the health club/pool/pizza/salon and Shipyard Restaurant/Brewhouse within a 5 minute walk across the street. The location is ideal! Park once, and walk to where you want to go! We also love the big, sunny windows looking up at the mountain and the layout with BRs and baths on first and third floors.

What makes this condo unique

We have some great photography of the local mountains and area by John Orcutt of Schoolhouse Gallery in Kingfield. He's a Sugarloafer and has won many awards for his keen eye for local landscapes and color.

Everything we could ask for in a great location!

We were looking for a condo to rent where we could ski in and ski out without having to drive or take a shuttle. This ended up being a perfect location for us. It was 50 yards from the ski trail. We could put on all our ski gear and equipment in the entry "mud room" and walk the very short distance to the trail. It was also right near the Fitness Center and we walked there to hit the sauna and hot tubs each afternoon.

It was also only a 2 minute walk to the Shipyard Brewhouse Restaurant so going out for dinner was just as easy and required no driving.

Condo was as pictured and described and everything worked as it should. Very comfortable and warm. There were plenty of utensils for cooking and eating in and we cooked breakfast and dinner there easily.

One warm sunny afternoon we had sandwiches and beers on the deck facing the sun and mountain, then hopped back on Snubber lift to finish the afternoon. Great being able to come and go as we pleased. Made for a really enjoyable trip.

Host Andrew was vey responsive to my questions prior to the trip - great communicator.

Overall the condo exceeded my expectations as clean, warm, functional and well- located. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect!

We rented this condo during reggae weekend. The location is perfect, the condo itself is beautiful and spacious with a huge deck. The neighbors were great as well. The whole experience was perfect!

Great location, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped condo

My family stayed at Sue and Andy's condo for 4 nights after Christmas, and we loved it. The location is ideal -- within walking distance to everything. It's very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We'll be back! Thank you.

Sunny, Comfortable and Convenient Location

My family stayed here last weekend and had a great visit. The condo is an end unit and gets great sun. The kitchen and living area are on the second floor, bedrooms on the first and third floors. It is really easy to get on and off the mountain. The health club is across the street, if you have young children and want to swim, work out or go for a massage. We all slept very well and our first day was very cold and the condo was comfortable. The owners were very helpful when we had a few questions. We would definitely try to stay here again.
