Great Rental Property in a "PERFECT" Location!!!

This property located in South Redondo Beach was the perfect getaway for my adult family. The name says it all....Location, Location, Location. The property is literally across the street from the beach and walking distance to pretty much anything you need....restaurants, grocery stores, starbucks, the beach, and just under 2 miles to the pier which we walked to each day! My boys were able to take off and enjoy the surrounding areas on their own. The beaches were clean, safe, and quiet. Lots of people enjoying outdoor activity, exercise and walking their pets. We got to meet quite a few friendly dogs and the white cat from upstairs "Gringo," who visited us daily. The imitation grass in the front fenced in yard was a very welcome addition to our rental and we spent many hours just sitting outside the sliding door in the provided rattan chairs, and could see/enjoy the beach and ocean breezes right from there!!! Inside the rental, it got a little warm in the evenings. Another floor tower fan or 2 in addition to the ones already there would have been nice. (or maybe install some ceiling fans). We really wanted to use the bicycles in the garage but many had flat tires or unpumped tires making them useless during our stay and we also did not have a key to the bike lock which I would have wanted to use if the bikes were in riding condition. The furnishings in the condo were good/comfortable and having beach towels provided was a plus! One other problem we ran into was the kitchen exhaust fan which did not work, which in turn, set off the fire alarm when we cooked breakfast in the morning. (Hope we didn't wake the neighbors). Bby the way, the two apartments residents above us were friendly, great people who helped us whenever we asked. Many thanks to them for introducing themselves and helping us have an enjoyable stay as well as giving us directions to places and recommendations on restaurants etc as well as bidding us farewell as we were getting ready to leave. One other "super plus" to this rental was having our own designated parking space in front of the garage door. Street parking was definitely hard to come by and we only had to kick someone out of our parking spot once or twice when we left to make a quick grocery run. Anyway, all in all, this was a wonderful property and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Leslie!!! I hope someday we can return and use it again!

Perfect: across the street from beach, walk to restaurants

Very happy with my stay at this condo! Me and 4 friends spent 5 nights. You can't beat the location. It is across the street from the beach and you can walk to many restaurants, shops, and a grocery store (Trader Joe's). Loved that we had a designated parking spot. Cute patio and condo well furnished. Leslie, the owner, was very easy to work with and quick to return the security deposit. She was accessible before and during our stay to answer questions. Jody, the neighbor above the condo, was so friendly and helpful! Condo was clean and well maintained. A couple restaurants we went to and liked: Good Stuff- for breakfast, Flyin Fin- for sushi, and R10 Social House- by Pier for dinner. No complaints on condo, I want to come back:)

The best!

Leslie couldn't have been a better, more attentive owner/host. The place is immaculate and one door away from across the street from the beach. And two blocks away, Riviera Village is charming and full of shops and restaurants. Perfect, perfect, perfect, perfect location, location, location, location. 😊

Excellent Location!!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with my two teenage nephews and absolutely loved it! The location couldn't get any better. It was a short 4 minute walk to the beach which was amazing. There was shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance as well. The manager who lived above was great to work with and made us feel at home. I would highly recommend this condo! ( They also had a portable crib for those looking at this location with little ones and two boogie boards)

Nice ,clean condo. When it said Location, Location, Location you can count on it!! Walk to beach and Village. Lots of shops and places to eat in the Village. Short walk across the street to the beach, and there are miles of beach. A shot walk north on the bike/walking path id a snack bar that has good food with a place you can rent paddle boards, boogie boards and bikes. A great place to stay.
