Péssima estadia
Tive uma péssima hospedagem no imóvel do proprietário. Como no site o imóvel estava disponível entrei em contato com o locatário que me disse que tinha um outro imóvel e me encaminhou as fotos. Ao chegar no local percebo que o imóvel fica em um pequeno terreno com outras 4 casas, todas de aluguel e compartilhando a mesma garagem e entrada. A casa era muito pequena, não conseguimos descansar, pois fomos em 10 adultos e 5 crianças, o que nos foi informado que caberia na casa, entretanto, apesar de haver camas suficientes, todo o espaço comum era muito pequeno, o que deixou as crianças presas e estressadas. Ao perceber que a casa era muito menor do que o que havia sido informado entrei em contato com o proprietário para tentar achar uma solução, entretanto ele foi muito grosso comigo fazendo com que a viagem, pra uma cidade que eu adoro, se transformasse em um transtorno. A Casa estava extremamente suja, assim que chegamos tivemos que ir ao supermercado comprar material de limpeza e lavar todo o imóvel. Enfim tive uma péssima experiência com o imóvel e com o proprietário.

EXCELENTE
Casa super boa, nossa estadia foi excelente. Super limpinha e contém tudo. Passamos três dias ótimos na residencia,fomos em 24 pessoas. Themis e Cláudia super atenciosos, como estávamos em muito, faltou um pouco de talher e a mulherada pediu uma televisão maior para o ano que vem kkkkk. Podem alugar sem medo!!!

Terceiro Ano Nessa Casa Otima!!!
Gente com sempre nem precisa mais falar desta casa né, já vai pro terceiro ano que ficamos nela, e o proprietário já virou um amigo e a caseira Cláudia e o marido nem se fala, muito simpáticos e companheiros!!! Vou sempre recomendar essa casa porque é simplesmente ótima!!!! tudo perto e acessível!!!! Pode fazer sua reserva de olhos fechados!!!
