This home has been redone from top to bottom and has just been newly furnished. We picked this neighborhood because its proximity to the Beach (1 Mile), Town Center Mall and a newly built Park and Library are nearby. It's within a 5 minute drive to I95--so you can get everywhere you want to go--fast!
Lovely Boca family friendly community near many great attractions ,Lion country,sea aquarium ,air boat rides ,or just walk to the beach and enjoy. Just one block from Shul within Eruv.

Excellent

The property manager was nothing but nice to us. He called us mid week to ask us about our stay and recommended us to many accommodations in the area. Would highly suggest renting from here again.

Outstanding accomodations!

We had three generations and everyone was very comfortable. The kids particularly used the pool and hot tub every day for hours. The owner responded in minutes to all communication.

Great Family Vacation

This is our second time staying in this house. The house is very comfortable and well furnished. Beds are good. The pool is nice and warm. Location is unbeatable, near shopping, beach and synagogue. We took advantage of proximity to both Ft Lauderdale and Palm Beach and enjoyed going to nature preserves, museums and biking/hiking trails. For bicycling, there are loads of bike paths and rides along the ocean. Bikes can be rented from Richwagen in Delray Beach. The bikes we rented were very good and in good condition. The host is responsive and helpful.

House did what it needed to do

The floors were so unbelievably dirty it was like they had not been cleaned in many months. I don’t know if this was the actual case or because the ducts needed to be cleaned. When you would walk more than a few steps without shoes your feet turned charcoal black. I swiffered the floors three times and it appeared to stay somewhat clean for the remaining 4 days. If I had rented this with my kids who crawl this would have been a disaster. There was very little to use to cook, however the host did offer to send items if we needed. The hot tub was a nice touch but had side panels falling off. Pool was clean. Beds were OK. House did have toilet paper. I think that this house is basically just rented out by people who throw frat parties and such. It definitely needed some touch ups and cleaning. The area was very nice.
