5 Bedrooms, with 4 Bathrooms Family Home With Awesome View Of Lake Arrowhead
About AJ Egan
This home is owned by AJ Egan. She has always loved the mountains and decided to realize her dream and purchase a property to enjoy the local mountains with her family and friends.
AJ Egan purchased this House in 2009
Why AJ Egan chose Arrowhead Villas
This home is unique because of its size and amenities that most homes in this area do not possess. You can stay here in the Mountains and get away from it all, or drive an hour and a half to Los Angeles or the beaches of Orange County. No details have been overlooked when arriving at this cabin for a romantic weekend for two or a family vacation. Great hiking, biking and fishing in the summer and skiing, snowboarding, and sledding in the winter.
What makes this House unique
Large cabin with room for multiple families to stay and share the cost. Great for small work/church retreats, guy/girl getaways, family getaways, and wedding parties. Extra parking (up to 5 cars) for added convenience. All parking spots are horizontal (straight in) not on a hill.

Thank you,Jessica, for taking the time to write a nice review. Would love to have your group back!! Thank you.
Might have to make an annual stay here...
Rented this place for my brother's bachelor party, but we're the chill-and-drink-beers-while-playing-pool sort, not the hookers-and-blow kind. I can't tell you how many times someone from the group gave me major kudos for finding the place. It just has a great vibe and is very comfortable. We're talking about possibly returning next year just for fun...
Great place to visit
Great location overall, great spot at the very end of the street. One of the only garages around. Cool tire swing on the property. The cabin doesn't have a very open feel, but it is still very nice. The outdoor deck is awesome with lots of seating and tables to eat at. If you have very young toddlers the stairs may present a little difficulty as there are no railings on the stairs up to the top level or down to the basement. My 3, almost 4 year old did fine with that though - younger may not have done so well. There are plenty of beds, including 3 king size beds and lots of bunk beds for the kids. Cool foosball table in the downstairs kids room. Also Jacuzzi was fun, but be sure the kids don't splash around as you cannot get the Jacuzzi controls wet that are on the top ledge of the Jacuzzi. The kitchen and house are supplied with everything you need, similar to a hotel (towels, bedding, paper towels, dishes, cookware, etc). It was a great long weekend and everyone from 3 years old up to the adults had a blast. Thanks!
Thank you, Katie, for taking the time to write a review. I'm glad your group had a blast. I'm currently working on a solution to the stairs.
I wanted to spend a peaceful weekend with my friends and family and we couldn't have asked for a better place to do it.
There were 14 of us that stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The house was super clean, fully stocked with appliances and essential needs, and big enough for all of us! Communication with the owner was excellent and check-in was so easy!
The house was so spacious! There were two couples, a family of three with a 12 year old and a family with a 14 year old, plus four 18 year olds. We all fit comfortably and there were still 2 beds we didn’t use!
My daughter invited 3 of her friends and they got to stay on the bottom floor with their own room & Jacuzzi. It was great! They stayed up all night & we didn’t hear a sound. The only time we saw them was for meals.
The kitchen is huge! There were 4 people chopping and cooking at one time while my husband was outside grilling.
We went into the Village to shop for groceries, get pizza, take a boat tour, and have some drinks at a couple of restaurants.
It was an amazing weekend and we hope to return next year!
Thank you, Veronica. I appreciate you taking the time to write this review. Looking forward to booking your next trip.
