Convenient Location in the Garden District

We enjoyed our stay at Nola's Luxury Condo. The condo was very clean and fresh. It was well stocked with dishes, mugs, coffee, soap, paper products, towels, and other things we needed for our stay. It was very nice to walk in the first night and find cold bottles of water in the fridge waiting for us! There was also a few bottles of pop supplied for us as well! The location was great - we were very close to a Wal Mart where we were able to shop for groceries and a short walk to Magazine Street for shopping and restaurants! We rented a car, but chose to take a taxi to the French Quarter and Frenchman Street and the fares were reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to experience all of New Orleans!

Great condo!

This condo was perfect for 2 couples. Very clean and all amenities are taken care of. Owner always responded promptly and was very nice. Would stay here again. Really enjoyed our long weekend!

Jodi has been an amazing host! Excellent communication from the time I booked the home untill the moment arrived at the front door in New Orleans.. It was a heart felt welcome home! Better than what we expected

This two bedroom in the lower Garden District was a great location. It was little over a block to the bus stop at Walmart. It was very easy to get around with public transportation. It was a great experience meeting the locals and learning the bus and street car routes. There is safe parking for your personal vehicle right outside the apartments. The apartment also has a great view of the Mississippi River from the balcony. We watched ships come in and leave out every morning while drinking coffee and in the evening before turning in for the night. Even though there was noise from regular daily business going on outside it was not noticeable from inside.

The inside of the apartment was laid out nicely and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, we slept like babies. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. We did buy a sharper knife for cutting a watermelon and left it for the next renters use. Other than a couple of maintenance issues that have probably already been resolved the apartment was fantastic. I would recommend this rental to my friends and I will definitely stay here again.

Great Place

The apartment on St. Mary's was a great place to stay for our long weekend in NOLA. Jodi and Gerald were terrific to deal with, very responsive and accommodating. The unit was clean, comfortable and just as described. Walking distance to Magazine Street, as well as St. Charles to catch the streetcar.

Magazine and St.Charles St., are plentiful with restaurants, quaint coffee shops and of course all the shopping that you could possibly want to do. Weather was beautiful. The balcony in this unit faces the Mississippi river which has a awesome sunrise and sunset. You just relax and enjoy that first cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening and take in the huge ships down the Mississippi river.Thank you for your visit to us. Activity and Interests


Take I-10 to Tchoupitoulas exit. Take a right at red light. The street turns into Religious. Keep going straight until you see the street Felicity. Take a right onto Felicity, then a quick left onto Rousseau. Go straight and turn right on the next street, which is St. Mary's. Look to your left and there should be a parking lot, that is where you will park for free.
