Absolutely loved this wonderful place with breathtaking views

We really enjoyed our stay at Three Bears Getaway! Everything was just perfect! All the amentities of home . Cozy place. Fireplace was nice. Hot tub was a great way to unwind every evening after a hike in the mountains. Teens and adults loved the game room and the Xbox. Enough pillows and blankets for everyone. Beds were all very comfortable. Place was very very clean . Centrally located. A good safe place for a couple or a family. If you want to be secluded from other cabins totally this is not your place. Will def be back!! Eric and Jane responded quick to all our questions!

Fantastic Views and Location

Jane and Eric were incredibly gracious in ensuring our stay was first class all the way. Nice to see a personal touch as opposed to the traditional corp management contact. My family and I will will certainly be returning very soon. One last thing, the city of Gatlinburghas done an extraordinary job of recovering after all they've faced!!! Prayers to all those affected and especially those who battled the fires tirelessly!!! #Alllivesmatter!

Cabin is good but owner was not professional.

Cabin was good but owner was not professional.

We have reported for heating issue and not availability of hand wash soaps in bathrooms. Next day I got an online receipt of $ 20 extra because as per owner some maintains staff came and we have not opened the doors.So she sent as penalty of $ 20.

But reality was , no body came to assist because no body called us or knocked the door.

This is really really a non-professional behavior of the owner, she has to confirm with us before sending the receipt of penalty. First of all it was their fault not to check all service in advance, how can they say 'Penalty'.

I forgot to mention in feedback diary there. It was the worst experience i have felt with the owner on any cabin .

Owner's Response: For anyone who is looking at our reviews, I would ask that you consider all reviews that have been left prior and after this one. We have been with VRBO since 2014 and I have to say that this guest was the most difficult that I have had. When he booked the cabin he asked that we provide "food material and extra blankets". I advised him that we have a fully stocked kitchen but "food" was not included. I also advised what linens are provided that include two big comforters, a bedspread on the full bed, a comforter on the bunk, a big blanket and 3 small blankets. I advised that he could adjust the heat if needed and that the fireplace was very warm also. I advised that he was welcome to bring more blankets if he thought he needed them. I provided the check in instructions with the gate code for entering the community. I gave him our cleaning and maintenance company numbers if he needed anything. He said he would be arriving around 10pm the night he was arriving. I received a voicemail at 1:52am saying the gate to the community wasn't working. I then received an email saying the A/C wasn't working and that they would be "moving out" the next morning at 7am. I asked my maintenance company if they had heard from the guest but they said no. My maintenance manager went to the cabin the next morning and said that A/C and heat were working fine. My cleaners also went to the cabin to clean since the guest said he was moving out but they had not left as their belongings were still there. I was charged $45 from my maintenance company for this trip charge and I asked Pankaj to pay $20 which he refused. He continued to complain about not having shampoo or hand soap. We don't provide shampoo but do provide two bar soaps for each bathroom. The morning Pankaj left he called me and said they enjoyed their stay. I chose not to "rate" him as a traveler at that point as it would have been difficult to leave a good rating and I thought I should just let it go. However since he has chosen to leave a negative review I feel like I have a responsibility to defend what he is saying.

Very Pleased

Really enjoyed out stay. Cabin was very clean and not too far from town. Everything was as described, game room was well equipped, beds were very comfortable, and AC/Heat unit along with all other appliances worked wonderfully. A few things we did not expect was the hot tub being on the front porch (a little awkward) and a recliner would be nice for the living room. But that's just nit-picking. Overall a wonderful time and would absolutely book again.
