This one bedroom condo is equipped with a chevron queen bed, red leather queen sofa bed, queen size inflatable mattress, 1 full bath, large walk-in closet, washer/ dryer and kitchen with all appliances and necessities, including Keurig coffee machine. Easily sleeps 4-5. Intimate rooftop pool with french quarter and city views which creates a great social and cocktail atmosphere. Free WiFi and cable TV. Sheets dirty and could not reach owner for keys

No information received regarding arriving including how to get into the building or condo but received emails when $ was due. Finally after an hour someone who had gone through same thing walked by and gave us owners cell #. When called he was rude. After he finally gave us a code to retrieve the key we got in.

Unit was nice until we started to bed. Sheets were dirty!! Of course no use to call owner. Found more sheets that didn't seem to fit. Added my small blanket I took because wasn't sure bedspread was clean. No soap in shower. Had what appeared was other people's left over shampoo under sink with their KY jelly. Gross.

Condominium is a good location and very quiet. Would be good with a different unit owner.

Brad at Down on Dauphine spoiled us when we stayed there. He was great! Mailed keys weeks prior with details about arriving, grocery stores, restaurant recommendations....and it was very clean with fancy soaps and shampoo like a hotel that had not been opened. He also called to be sure we arrived & found what we needed.

Great location - condo not ready for our arrival

I planed a trip for my mom and I to get away for Thanksgiving and booked this property. The condo was cute and in a great location, but it didn't appear to have been fully prepped for our arrival. If the below issues hadn't happened, I would say this was a great condo and a great stay with a 5 star rating. The listing said the fridge would have water, sodas, and beer in it but it was empty. So after a 9 hour drive thinking we already had drinks, we had to go out and buy some once we arrived. After searching for a full size coffee cup, we found them in the dishwasher full of clean dishes. I gave my 73 year old mom the bed and planned to sleep on the sofa bed (which I mentioned when I booked so they'd know to prepare it). When I unfolded the bed, there were sheets balled up in the middle of the mattress. Not knowing if they were clean and not wanting to chance it, I looked for clean linens. They were in the dryer with the clean towels. One review said the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but I figured it would be fine. I slept on the floor on the couch cushions every night but the first because the sofa bed was nothing but springs and bars. It was horrible and should not be listed as a sleep option. I finally found the air mattress but not the pump. There was one thin bedspread on the bed and my mom needed more blankets. All I could find were a throw and a balled up badly snagged comforter stuffed inside the coffee table. Don't know if they were clean, but we used them. After I booked the property, I sent a couple of questions through the app and Marc replied pretty quickly. One question was if the condo had internet. He said yes and gave me the details but the signal was so weak that no web pages would load. I looked for the modem but I don't think it was located inside the condo. We arrived 1.5 hours before check in so I sent a message through the app to see if we could check in a bit early and never got a reply. I used the box to call Marc to let him know we were there after 4 pm and he gave me the key code. That was the last communication I had with him. I thought he would provide contact info in case we had questions/issues, but that didn't happen and for what I paid for the 4 nights, I shouldn't have to stand on the street to talk to him through the call box. Replace the sofa bed, finish prepping for guests, and provide better contact info and you'd have a property deserving of a 5 star review.

Great place right off Bourbon!

Nice, clean loft. Perfect for our needs. Close enough to Bourbon street in the French Quarter, but far enough away to escape the craziness when you're ready to relax.

Super convenient, quiet and clean!

Super convenient, very quiet street and building and clean! Felt very safe. Tiny little place very well decorated ...loved the coffee and tea machine and the available washing machine. Roof top was amazing. Would have liked better directions once inside the building-finding the room for the first time was a tad confusing with no signage. Also could have added a full length mirror and a few blankets. (Maybe we just didn't find them?!) would certainly stay again!

Conveniently located and clean

The property is definitely conveniently located to Bourbon Street just a half a block away. Clean and quiet considering how noisy Bourbon Street is. The listing says it will sleep 4 to 5 comfortably - the sofa sleeper/futon needs replacing cushion sags and the pull out bed is very uncomfortable. I would say it sleeps 2 comfortably in the bedroom. The bedding and towels clean but highly unorganized I have stayed at other properties, couldn't find pillow cases and warm blankets here. Suggestion for Marcus is to be more available at check in and perhaps put together a tourist binder for places to see, restaurants to visit, and other activities in the area other than Bourbon Street. New Orleans has a lot to see.

Perfect Location!

Just a few feet from Bourbon without the noise. Nice studio. Pre stocked with everything you need for morning coffee to washing laundry. We WILL be staying here again! Marcus was courteous and friendly. Pool on rooftop or just a quiet place to look over the city at night.
