This one bedroom condo is equipped with a chevron queen bed, red leather queen sofa bed, queen size inflatable mattress, 1 full bath, large walk-in closet, washer/ dryer and kitchen with all appliances and necessities, including Keurig coffee machine. Easily sleeps 4-5. Intimate rooftop pool with french quarter and city views which creates a great social and cocktail atmosphere. Free WiFi and cable TV. Fantastic Apartment!!!

I loved this unit! I've been to Nola many times in the past and this property was the best unit I've stayed at by far. The pictures show this unit in true form. It was super clean, smelled fresh and was decorated beautifully. It's so close to Bourbon St. but as others have stated, you really can not hear any noise once you are in the unit and that was great! The bed was very comfy, I slept so well in the unit. I absolutely LOVED the roof top patio and pool!!!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience here. I have already committed to only staying here any time I come back to Nola! I have highly recommended this unit to all of my friends and I highly recommend it to anyone considering it.

The property manager was super nice and helpful to us, if we had any issues all we had to do was message him or call and he always answered and helped any way possible.

Thank you Marcus for providing us with great service and a very well maintained rental property to stay in! We will be back again!!!

Best location!

It was our first time to NOLA and we didn't have much of an idea of what to expect with finding a place to stay. We found this "creole nest" and could not have stayed at a better place! The location is awesome! 1/2 a block off of Bourbon street, yet still quiet at night! It was amazing being able to walk anywhere we wanted! The rooftop was a bonus as well! The condo was clean and very well maintained! The lobby and everything about the building was impressive. 4 of us stayed here and used the bed and air mattress. The bed was SOOOO comfortable and it was a very nice air mattress as well! It all worked out perfect! Nice kitchen, bathroom, and decor! The property manager was great to work with and everything went as planned! We are so glad we chose to stay here and definitely want to come back and stay again! Our trip was amazing and this condo was everything we were looking for and more!

2nd time staying here!

I love this place. It's my second time staying here. It's right off Bourbon between Bienville and Iberville. You can't ask for a better location. It's quiet once you're in the building. There's a rooftop pool and lounge area. The owner provides everything you need. I asked for early check in and was able to get it! Any time I had a question he was just a call away. Thanks again Marcus!

Perfect Getaway

This apartment was the perfect location during our stay. All though it was a block off Bourbon, we absolutely never heard any noise. In fact, one morning they were drilling through the concrete outside the building and we never even heard it until we stepped outside on the street. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Was clean, with a great shower and comfortable bed. Even though the apartment is small, my husband and I never felt like were cramped or in each others way.

Marcus, the property manager, was great to work with. We were able to store our luggage in the apartment prior to check-in and after check out, since we were still sight seeing. Marcus was always available for questions and provided all the information needed when asked.

We would definitely recommend this property to others and stay here again ourselves. Thank you for an amazing place to stay during our 1-year anniversary trip.
