Huge Entertaining Covered Porch,
Wood floors throughout
We had a great time at The Cabin. Jason was a great host who responded swiftly to all inquiries. The house was kept very clean and was as pictured. Close proximity to downtown Asheville and plenty of grocery stores etc nearby. Would recommend and would stay again in the future.
This is a beautiful location and exactly what we needed for our weekend trip. I could have easily stayed there much, much longer than a week and been exceptionally comfortable! The home itself is really special - lots of great touches in the trim work, the knots in the wood/flooring, the kitchen counters, the floor to ceiling windows - it was such a treat. The bathrooms are huge and very clean. There is so much space in this house, and it is very well furnished. The trip to UNCA and downtown Asheville was incredibly easy. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend to anyone who would ask!
Wonderful location not far off the Interstate and house was great. The bathrooms were large and very well furnished. The bedrooms were comfortable and large as well. Every appliance worked and the house worked perfectly for our birthday weekend trip. Highly recommend visiting Sierra Nevada, New Belgium, Green Man, Burial, and Wicked Weed.
We stayed at this cabin over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The driving directions provided by the owner Jason were spot on... The driveway is steep but is a switch back so we had no difficulties at all. The ease of entry was very simple and the home was very clean. The view from the front porch is absolutely amazing. The location is ideal as it is close enough to travel back and forth to Asheville with ease.
The house is beautiful, spacious, and very clean! We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and it is also a quick Uber into downtown Asheville. We had a wonderful time with a big group of friends. I would definitely recommend this house!
My wife, daughter and I stayed recently at this cabin, along with another couple and their small children and we had a blast. Located about 15 minutes outside of Asheville, the cabin was super easy to get to, is perched on a hill that overlooks portions of the mountains and is in a rural setting. Accomodations are just what we needed, not too fancy, but very well kept, new appliances, kitchen, hardwood floors etc. The porch is amazing but unfortunately we didn't get to use as much as we would have liked.
Driving up the driveway is a little challenging and if you have toddlers, its maybe not ideal due to the steep nature of the driveway and also spiral staircase. But, the bedrooms were great, and again the access to Asheville was super easy
