Under the impressive oak enrayure carried by the powerful central pillar are the dining area (12 to 14 Everyone sits around the large table), a cozy lounge space and the space beautiful and well equipped ( induction hob, fan oven, 2 refrigerators, freezer ...

On the 1st floor you will find a spacious couple bedroom (160 x 200), a large bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200), a bathroom with shower, independent toilet.

The second floor also includes a pair of bedroom, children's room, a bathroom with tub and toilet; This is a small utility room with washing machine, ironing board etc ...

The top floor is admired and enthusiasm: a couple of rooms of 50 sqm can be discovered in the open-framework in the form of stars, the top of the room is 7 meters high!

A charming dependency is available to about thirty meters from Colombier: a miniature house '- an authentic bread oven restored - offers a fun 6th bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200) and 1 bathroom toilet.

The park of 1500 m², with orchard and part shade for summer lawn party in the sun, provides pleasant lunch outdoors. Garden furniture is available. Parking is at the input of the property. Most Magical Place EVER!!!

Where to begin?!! Every aspect was better than could have been imagined. Antoine and Caroline were excellent communicators from the beginning and immediately gave us information from the area that greatly assisted our planning. Meeting Antoine was such a treat! What an amazing man. We greatly appreciated the time he spent with us relaying the dovecote history as well as interesting points within the Normandy region. The dovecote was truly the most magical place EVER! The care taken to rebuild it was obvious. Some of the furnishings were simply spectacular. FOUR Floors, with the master on the top! The Christmas decorations were a special treat, giving it a very homey feel. The area is rich in history and beauty (e.g. the medieval Rouen and the Étretat Cliffs). Thank you Antoine and Caroline for making your Dovecote available for others to enjoy!! We will be back!! :-)

Décor de choix

Voici de quoi émerveiller les amis si vous voulez faire fêter un événement. Le Colombier est magnifique et surprenant , il doit en être de même pour les deux autres gîtes. Par contre si vos invités ont des difficultés physiques, il faut savoir que tout est en étage et les WC douche et baignoire peuvent leur présenter une difficuté. Il y a peut être moyen de remédier à cet inconvénient en louant la Charreterie ou le Manoir , mais il fallait le savoir. Par contre nous avions eu l'habitude dans la plupart des locations d'Abritel que nous avons louées(un dizaine depuis 2009) d'être accueillis avec une attention particulière: un bouquet de fleurs ou une spécialité locale par exemple. Ce n'est pas indispensable mais sympatique. Les environs sont superbes et nous avons pu profiter des sous bois gorgés de jonquilles. La région est à découvrir ou à ,faire découvrir et nous y reviendrons.

Le Top !!

Que dire sauf du bien !! Moi qui suis d'une nature parfois difficile, j'aime les belles choses et mon confort et bien ici dans ce gîte la promesse est au rendez vous (La meilleure qualité au meilleur prix). Nous avons occupé le gite en janvier 2011 durant un week end entre amis (10 personnes) En résumé, ce que j'ai aimé : 1 La gentillesse de la propriétaire et son sens aigu de l'hospitalité. 2 Coté administratif, la gestion du contrat et de son suivi, trés pro. 3 La qualité du gîte, d'un charme fou ! Grand espace de vie en bas, aux étages (2) : chambres spacieuses, 2 sdb, 2 wc. Rénovation d'une super qualité. Pour ceux qui comme nous l'occuperons en hiver, il y fait très bon = Chauffage via la dalle en bas super agréable, chauffage électrique dans les étages = le tout mis en route avant notre arrivée, ce qui est très appréciable, en quelques minutes le saucisson était coupé et l'apéro commencé ;-) 4 Les équipements y sont tous (Four, plaque, lave vaisselle, machine a laver) 5 La literie est très bien. 6 Environnement : - Gite totalement indépendant sur un beau terrain le tout dans la verdure = calme +++ - Offranville est très bien également, dispose de tous les commerces (boucherie, boulangerie, presse supermarché) à proximité du gîte, cad sans voiture et a 5 min à pied ! Avec un véhicule à seulement 6 km une zone commerciale immense. - Proximité de Dieppe (8 Km) pour les restos, le marché le samedi matin, le casino et sa boite de nuit.. Bref, je vais arrêter la sinon on va pas y croire ! En tout cas une valeur sure, pour personne exigeante.

Site hors du commun

WE passé à 11 en Décembre dans ce colombier. Le lieu est tout simplement parfait pour passer un moment convivial dans une demeure de charme et hors du commun.

Maginifique demeure

Nous avons passé un we dans le colombier entre filles, et nous avons eu un véritable coup de coeur pour cette demeure. L'accueil y fut très chaleureux par son propriétaire qui nous a fait partagé sa passion pour les vieilles pierres. Le village est paisible, pas de bruits au alentour. Je recommande!
