About this property

Located in the heart of a Provencal village, in a green setting, charming place, at the foot of the giant of Provence, in the Vaucluse, the legendary Mont Ventoux. The house has an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains. The site is very calm, lulled by the song of the cicadas.
The 1000m garden is closed (olive trees), private swimming pool of 3/6 with WATER HEATED at 28 degrees which allows you to swim from May, in June, September and October. The swimming pool is filled with spring water which allows it to chlorinate much less, it is completely secure for children. There are 6 sunbaths where you can take a nap to relax and fully enjoy the sun.
A 30m2 terrace where you can relax and have an aperitif.
A courtyard with an arbor, a teak lounge, a barbecue where it will be pleasant for you to take all your meals with family, friends returning from the market or after having visited the many cellars of our region.
The 110m house has 5 rooms that can accommodate 4/6 people.
She is composed:
- an American kitchen with hob, fridge, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

Location de charme bercée par le chant des cigales

Maison de charme, décorée avec soin et goût dans un hameau tout proche de Malaucène. Propriétaire sympathique, accueillante et discrète. Très belle vue de la terrasse ; endroit calme et reposant. Propreté irreprochable. Un tout petit bémol : le mobilier de la terrasse manque de confort. Nous reviendrons, cependant, sans aucun doute dans cette belle maison. Pierre et Géraldine

Belle maison mais peu fonctionnelle

Maison de village de caractère. Décoration soignée mais manque de luminosité et dans l'ensemble assez peu fonctionnelle pour des familles avec de jeunes enfants et des personnes à mobilité réduite (marches, escaliers et pas de wc à l'étage des chambres). Propriétaire sympatique et présence discrète.

Wundervoll renoviertes altes Haus in dörflicher, ruhiger Lage

Das Haus lag direkt neben einer alten Kirche in einer kleinen, ruhigen dörflichen Siedlung mit traumhafter Umgebung. Der beheizte Pool und der Garten sind nicht einsehbar. Die freundliche Vermieterin war bei kleinen Problemen stets hilfreich. Das Steinhaus ist in zwei Etagen modern und ausgesprochen geschmackvoll saniert, alles absolut sauber. Die Küche mit Gasherd ist gut ausgerüstet. Wir haben uns dort und bei vielen Ausflügen zu traumhaften Zielen in der Provence seht wohl gefühlt. Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt erforderlich.
