This home has been completely remodeled and features a brand new, fully outfitted, gourmet kitchen, open living with lots of water view windows upstairs and downstairs.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen size bed, the other with a twin over full bunk bed for the kids. The master bedroom is downstairs with its own bath and luxurious king size bed. The upstairs features a large double sink bathroom with a combination tub/shower. For additional sleeping space, the couch in the living room folds out to a queen size bed and can sleep two more guests.

A beautiful rock gas fireplace makes for a cozy living room. The huge 60 inch HDTV mounted above the fireplace will provide lots of entertainment for all with a charter cable package and a small collection of DVD videos. The home is also set up with free wi-fi for the guests. Two sliding glass doors provide gorgeous water and mountain views and lead into a good size back yard perfect for entertaining and summertime fun. The patio is set up with a table, chairs and a gas BBQ. A gate leads to the private boat dock, so bring your boat or jet skis. The home also supplies a pedal boat for guests to enjoy the calm lagoons in the Tahoe Keys neighborhoods.

Located in the Tahoe Keys, you will enjoy close access to both indoor and outdoor pools, beach and play area for the kids and tennis courts. Bike rentals, biking and hiking trails are located within a short 5 to 10 minute drive. You'll also be close to Heavenly Valley and Sierra At Tahoe Ski Areas.

This property popped up on the market when we already had another property in the works, but we couldn't resist because of the wonderful location! It has gorgeous views and is located on a deep water channel with easy access to the lake.

Cozy home in a great neighborhood & location!

Owners Are great to work with! Informative and quick to respond. The home had everything we needed! No need to go to the store to buy simple essentials such as paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, spices, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, etc! Beds were confortable, house was immaculate, backyard was a nice size and great BBQ! If had to add anything at all, it would be a hot tub! There is one in the HOA, but not the same as being able to walk to the backyard and enjoy the water view.

Again, we all loved our stay and would definitely come back again!

Bill took time out of his day to come over and assist.

The house was thoughtfully furnished for comfort. I can't think of anything that was lacking. The house was well located and quiet. Nice neighbors too. We hope to go back next summer. Thank you Helga and Bill!!

We had a great time at the house it's a little small for 10 people the sprinklers come on at 3:30 in

Great house, great backyard perfect for family

Our stay was great, it's a perfect house for the boat and perfect backyard for young kids with a gate to keep them out of the water and deck area. I have two complaints one being there was a project car stored in the garage so we only had half of a two car garage to store bikes, bike trailers etc. last year we stored a boat trailer plus all of our things in the garage. Secondly there was a "buddy's" boat parked on the dock so we had to wait til it was moved to be able to put our other boat in the water. Other than those two things the house was great and we had a blast and would totally stay again.

Perfect Vacation Property

This was the perfect house and location for our family for a 4th of July week vacation. We brought a boat so really nice to have dock access to it as well as paddle boating, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The home is well located with easy access to dining, grocery, rental equipment, etc. It is also close to the bike/walk trail that goes around the lake!

The home is very nice (updated) and was immaculate when we arrived! I was afraid to use anything because it was so nice and clean!! I got very prompt answers from the owners on any questions I had and actually got to meet Bill (the owner) and it was a pleasure. Hope to come again!!!!
