belle location entre mer et campagne

Maison claire , propre , bien équipée, bonne literie. Bien située , au calme , avec grand jardin permettant une bonne indépendance. Location dont la situation permet de marier harmonieusement le charme et le calme de la campagne aux loisirs du bord de mer.Commerces de proximité dans le village et plusieurs grandes surfaces à 4 ou 5 kms. Beaucoup de chemins pour VTT ou balades pédestres sur la commune et à proximité.Propriétaire très disponible donnant des informations complètes et bon accueil à l'arrivée. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine .

Top cool : 1ères vraies vacances réussies

La maison à Ferel est magnifique et le jardin permet aux enfants de s'amuser en toute tranquillité. La propreté et le confort sont au rendez-vous. La qualité d'accueil est excellente (voisin). La situation de Ferel permet une découverte de la Bretagne (marais salants, marais, Carnac, Cornic, plages de Pénestin). Le propriétaire propose des prospectus pour visiter la région et chaque locataire peut en ramener pour les suivants ; c'est sympa. Nous avons fait la pêche aux moules (bien se renseigner avant, tout n'est pas permis), avons visité les marais en barque, vu les toits de chaume en callèche, baignades, découvert un château de chasse du duc de Bretagne (Suscinio), admirés les alignement de Carnac (menhir et dolmen) bref on a bien profité. Un grand merci et à bientôt.
