Wonderful apartment and hosts

(Francais au dessous) Three adults (me and my partner as well as my stepmother) rented this apartment for Christmas. The apartment is very clean, newly renovated, and had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable spending time together. The host even decorated beautifully but simply for the holidays. The hosts let us know they were available but were not intrusive. The neighborhood is quiet but an easy walk to the center of Annecy-le-Vieux and the lake. It is about a 25-minute walk (along the lake) or 5-minute drive to the main quarter of Annecy. The apartment was cozy and comfortable in cold weather and the hosts let us park our rental car in the driveway, off the street. A perfect spot! Trois adultes (moi et mon partenaire ainsi que ma belle-mère) loué cet appartement pour Noël. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, et il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour cuisiner et être à l'aise passer du temps ensemble. L'hôte même décorée bien mais simplement pour la Noël. Les hôtes nous ont fait savoir qu'ils étaient disponibles mais n'étaient pas intrusive. Le quartier est calme mais à quelques pas du centre d'Annecy-le-Vieux et du lac. Il se trouve à environ 25 minutes à pied (le long du lac) ou à 5 minutes en voiture du quartier principal d'Annecy. L'appartement était confortable par temps froid et les hôtes nous laisser park notre voiture dans l'allée, pas dans la rue. Un endroit parfait!

Appartement tranquille et pratique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour mêlant professionnel (Festival du Cinema d'Animation) et famille (les grands-parents avec leur petit-fils), dans les deux cas l'appartement répond à toutes les attentes. Le jardin est très agréable et est un vrai plus. Merci aux hôtes !

Appartement agréable à vivre et très bien situé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement fonctionnel et bien décoré. La literie est confortable, le jardin agréable. L'environnement est très calme mais seulement à 5 minutes à pied du lac. Les vélos sont très pratiques pour aller faire les petites courses et aussi pour aller dans le vieux Annecy. Nous reviendrons certainement.
