Perfect stay in Romantic Rocamadour
The photo’s show it all. Delphine and Christoph are super hosts. The house has got this medieval charm, but with modern equipment, which worked well. Because of the thick walls the house was pleasantly cool while temperatures outside were very high. Very suitable for 2 couples.

Charming and lovely stay in Rocamadour
A truely special place in the lovely medieval town of Rocamadour. We were four Americans visiting the area and found our accommodation comfortable and very special. Contacting our hosts was easy, though we most often had to use the wifi at the visitor bureau. We understand wifi will be available next year. The kitchen was fully equipped with all that we needed. Parking was not a problem. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the valley floor. When arriving, keep in mind that the road through Rocamadour is one way from the top to the bottom of the hill and the accommodation is located just before the 4th arch near the valley floor.

Beautiful week in Rocamadour
We had a wonderful week in this flat in Rocamadour. It is located near the bottom of the Main Street, a short walk (but a steep hill) from the Main Street shopping area. The flat is in a wonderful, old building, beautifully rebuilt. The view over the valley is awe inspiring. This is our fourth visit to Rocamadour and there is a lot to see and do in the beautiful Dordone valley. We went to two local markets in outlying cities (Gourdon and Soulliac), visited a dozen little villages and several castles and chateaus. Sarlat and Figeac are a little farther away, but worth the trip. Two days can be spent exploring Rocamadour and we took a third to hike down the valley 10 Kms to an abandoned mill for a picnic. We love Rocamadour and the Dordone.

A CONSEILLER VIVEMENT
