About this property

Provencal 2-storey villa with stunning view of the Cap Ferrat, located in the Eze village between Nice and Monaco. Three bedrooms upstairs with view of the sea. Kitchen, dining room, living room on the ground floor. Terraces of 70m2. Entirely enclosed ground of 1000m2 planted with olive trees. You will stay in an old family house entirely renovated. It is a detached house very peaceful, a few minutes away from the shops.

Fantastique: une vue et une terrace de reve. Les oliviers derriere la maison sont magnifiques.

Je connais la Cote bien depuis une cinquantaine d'annees et je dois dire que la situation de la maison fait rever. Tous les comforts modernes dans une ancienne maison et une terrace qui donne sur une des plus belles vues de la Cote. Le proprietaire et sa femme sont tous ce qu'il y a de plus charmant et ont fait tout leur possible pour qu'on soit confortablement etablis dans la maison. En plus on descend en 5 minutes a Eze ou il y a une boulangerie-patisserie excellente et un petit supermarche. Le Dimanche, le jour du marche on peut deguster les produits de l'arriere pays. La Turbie, 5 minutes en voiture, a deux excellents restaurants--"Le Cafe de la Fontaine" et "Jerome." En somme un sejour inoubliable.

UN PETIT PARADIS

Le plus de ce charmant mas Provençal est indéniablement la vue grandiose . Une vraie vue de carte postale . Calme assuré et accueil hyper sympathique du propriétaire. Le village de Eze est accessible en 5 Mns à pied ( commerces alimentaires de proximité ). L'intérieur est rustique mais avec tout le confort moderne.Nous avons déjà loué cette villa 3 fois et toujours avec le même plaisir. A recommander .

Location très agréable, vue magnifique

Maison bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Grande terrasse devant la maison très bien exposée permettant de bénéficier de la vue sur St Jean Cap Ferrat et du soleil tout au long de la journée.

Vue à couper le souffle! Maison très agréable!

Vue sur le château et la mer à couper le souffle! Jardin d'oliviers en restanques et maison -ancienne- très agréable. Propriétaire très agréable également! Je rêve d'y retourner!
