TRES BIEN
Location très bien située à proximité du centre. Tout est prévu dans l'appartement. Nous étions deux et c'était parfait. Peut-être un peu moins confortable pour quatre personnes.
L'avantage supplémentaire est le garage. c'était appréciable en février mais cela doit être déterminant en été.

Bonjour .
Séjour agréable , bon accueil , ambiance biarrotte de rigueur , y compris le climat . L'appartement correspond fidèlement au descriptif , fonctionnel , propre et plutôt calme( à mon goût manque le grille -pain ) . Difficulté de stationnement mais vite résolu par le garage à proximité , un plus . A savoir que je ne mets jamais une note d'excellence . Cordialement .

Très bonne situation
L'appartement est très bien situé selon ma demande. Il est propre est bien entretenu. Le plus est le parking boxe fermé, un luxe pour Biarritz !!

Location idéale
L'appartement est idéalement situé entre Les Halles et la Côte des Basques. Conforme à l'annonce, il a répondu parfaitement à nos attentes. C'est déjà la deuxième fois et pas la dernière !
