Our House is in a private street very calm in the middle of the village and to 5 mn with foot of the restaurants, the forest and the beach where you will find : Club mickey for children, school of sailing boat and sand yachts, trade, hyper gone, pharmacy… International golf 18 holes between dunes and drills, Thalasso and Casino with 8 kms to Saint Jean de Monts. Notre Dame de Monts is located between l' Island of Noirmoutier 8 kms, Sable d'Olonnes 20kms and vis-a-vis in the Island “Yeu” : Crossing by boat in 30 mn since Fromentine

Annonce conforme

Vacances tres agréables dans cette maison de Notre Dame des Monts ! Cette location est fort bien située, au calme et près de tout sans obligation de prendre la voiture. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour ... nous n'avons d'ailleurs pas pu resister à l'appel de la cheminée le soir malgré un temps superbe en cette fin de Juin (sourire) ... A recommander sans hésitation.

Maison de notre dame

Très belle maison , agréable, pas de bruits ,impeccable . Un seul truc le terrain 450m2 ??????? Pas vue. 150m2 a peine. Mais bon , beau temps belle terrasse , bon barbec et le proprio sympa . A bientôt j'espère

A deux pas de la mer et calme

Maison parfaite pour les vacances , jardin clos , très bonne exposition pour manger dehors . Commerces de poisson frais et légumes du terroir à l'entrée de l'impasse , parfait pour les amateurs de coqiuillages et poissons frais !
