One of four units in the Seward Square Rowhouse, Unit 1 is located on the first level and comfortably sleeps 6 adults with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Professionally furnished by interior designers, the unit features a fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, carrera marble countertops and top of the line KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, and spa-like bathrooms that showcase glass showers and custom tile work. A washer & dryer and 60' LED HDTV with cable and high-speed wireless internet complete the interior living space, while a covered deck off the master suite provides a much coveted outdoor living space and more room for entertaining.

PARKING: On-street parking requires a zoned parking permit, which is provided free of charge for guests to park one vehicle during their stay. Parking for additional vehicles is available less than 2 blocks away at a 24-hour access surface lot for $15 per day.

And of course it's extremely close proximity to the Capitol and various Smithsonian museums puts you literally at the doorstep of our nation's history. It is an absolutely wonderful location for both residents and visitors alike!

Great location, close to the Capitol!!

Great set up for two couples or a family. Easy check-in and checkout. Having a parking permit was helpful. There are lots of restaurants close by on 8th street. An easy walk to the Capitol and Library of Congress. A great find.

loved our adventure

beautiful, updated, modern property. walking distance to public transportation, shops, restaurants, capital. loved eastern market. we didn't have to rent a car, everything is conveniently located. rode the subway for the first time. very easy to maneuver.

This property is located in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The mall and the museums are within walking distance and lots of Uber available if you get tired. We were 2 couples and the space worked very well--2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Perfect location

We had a great time exploring DC with our kids. We wanted somewhere close to the sites but also safe and charming. This location fits the bill! Very clean and updgraded Home. Only improvement to mention is the beds are a little uncomfortable. Overall will stay again!

Comfortable condo, Perfect location!!

As 4 seniors, we loved our stay at this lovely row house condo!! It had all the comforts and amenities of home which we looked forward to at the end of a long day of touring.

The Capitol and many historical attractions were within walking distance and public transportation was conveniently close for use as well. The nearby Eastern Market offered many food options as well as an abundance of restaurants close within the surrounding area.

We had a great week and will highly recommend this condo to our family and friends!!!
