Nous avons loué cette jolie petite maison pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants Nous avons apprécié le calme du quatrier et la proximité de la Rochelle La déco est très vitaminée et soignée,( c'est ce qui m'a fait craqué sur la toile), il y a aussi de l'espace pour les enfants intérieur et extérieur ,ce qui est appréciable ainsi que des jouets ce qui les a ravis La maison est très bien équipée ,on est presque comme chez soi ! Un endroit sympa , et bien pensé pour des vacances sympas

RAVIS
Nous sommes allé l'été dernier à trois couples dans cette location = super ! c'est bien placé : on aime bien voir du monde et bouger mais dormir au calme, c'était parfait : a dix min en voiture le centre de la rochelle où ça remue bien, pas loin du pont ile de ré non plus, plein de possibilités de ballades à pied sur la cote et à vélo, et le matin pénard petit dej sur une des deux terrasses soleil ou ombre on choisit, personne pour nous embêter. l'habitation et bien organisée avec un côté jour et un côté nuit, c'est pas du style "je recycle le mobilier pourrave de chez moi pour le caser dans le gite", la déco est actuelle, péchue, niveau équipement cuisine et autre,( ya des futurs top chefs dans notre "équipe") rien à dire. on peut vivre dehors autant qu'on veut le jardin est bien prot égé terrasse couverte etc. Le petit village garde une identité qu'on a du mal a retrouver habituellement dans des zones trés touristiques. bref on a pu profiter au max de la charente maritime en été sans subir les affres de la foule des grands jours, le pied quoi!

Résidence très agréable à vivre.
La location correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Toute la décoration a été refaite, avec des couleurs gaies et lumineuses ce qui rend l'atmosphère très agréable. La maison est très bien équipée au niveau électroménager mais également au niveau loisirs, notamment pour les enfants. Le jardin est spacieux et sans vis à vis, avec une partie abritée ce qui est très appréciable par temps chaud ou en cas d'averse. L'environnement est calme. Les commerces sont accessibles à pied ainsi que le bord de mer. Les différents documents laissés par le propriétaire sont très utiles pour organiser des escursions variées.

agréable séjour
nous avons bien apprécié la région, la maison est très bien équipée dans un quartier résidentiel calme, accueil sympathique, à 10 mns de La rochelle, parfait. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse ombragée pour nos repas et les enfants, du terrain pour jouer, merci également pour les jouets à disposition dans la chambre des enfants.
