House located in residential and quiet area, facing south and southwest with terrace and fully enclosed courtyard, possibility of bringing a car. Very nice promenade by the sea.

This house is ideally located between the beach center and the port, 20 meters to be on the sand.
Shops and restaurants 5 minutes' walk away, beach center 500 m, port 200 m.

Maison très agréable à vivre

J'ai loué cette maison en août 2010. Située dans un quartier calme (le bruit émanant de la zone animée ne s'entend pas). Accès zone commerçante (supermarché G20) et animations : 600-800 m (faisable sans problèmes à pieds). Accès mer 20m, juste devant la maison. Maison claire, bien aménagée. 3 chambres à l'étage + 1 salle d'eau. WC en bas. Grand salon - salle à manger clair et spacieux qui occupe le rez-de chaussée de la maison. Une terrasse extérieure avec grande table en bois (on y mange à 12 facilement, voire plus), coupée de la rue par un mur assez haut qui assure la tranquillité. Maison située dans une enfilade de très jolies petites rues arborées et fleuries. Et la propriétaire est vraiment ADORABLE. Elle habite juste à côté, mais n'est pas envahissante du tout. En revanche elle est serviable, gentille, souriante, se plie en quatre s'il vous manque quelque chose. Je recommande vraiment l'endroit.

Très bon séjour

Maison idéalement située dans un endroit arboré à quelques dizaines de mètres de la plage et près du port avec restaurants, commerces et vente quotidienne le matin de la pêche du jour. Elle est spacieuse, confortable, bonne literie, très propre, avec tout le linge de maison nécessaire et une cuisine équipée de nombreux ustensiles. On peut également profiter d'une belle terrasse isolée des regards avec de nombreux équipements de détente. L'hôte est très sympathique et toujours disponible Très bon séjour pour trois générations de quatre adultes et deux très jeunes enfants.

Amazing Argeles

The property is in a wonderful location, just 50 metres from the beach and very near the port with it's excellent selection of restaurants. Clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of fresh linen and a lovely secluded patio with plenty of outdoor seating. The owner of the property, Catherine, was extremely welcoming and helpful. She made sure there was a stock of leaflets and maps of the area, providing English versions where available. She also provided details and locations of all the local markets for us. The property is an excellent base to explore the area, very central yet in a peaceful location. The local $1 Euro bus service is a great way to get around and there are a choice of bus-stops near the property which means you do not need to hire a car.
