T1 Bis with terrace on the ground floor facing south with view of the park; 300 m from the large beach. Very quiet and green area, close to all amenities (supermarket 150 m). Thalasso nearby.

Calme, propre, pratique et fonctionnel
Petit appartement très calme et très bien situé: proche des commerces (Super U à 100 m), des plages (à 300 m) et du centre ville de Carnac Plage (800m). Très propre, avec une large baie vitrée donnant sur une petite cour privée faisant partie d'un grand terrain, idéale pour un repas en terrasse ou pour un bronzage à l'abris du vent et du sable. Très fonctionnel, avec une cuisine bien équipée. Peut-être un peu juste pour 4 personnes, mais largement suffisant pour un couple. Sans oublier le prix très attractif (surtout hors saison). A recommander!

Un accueil vraiment chaleureux par un propriétaire fort sympathique Un appartement agréable et bien équipé, proche de la plage, commerce. Un jardin au calme. Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous avons loué en juillet 2010, avec un temps de rêve dans une région tellement belle. A recommander sans hésitation.

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Très bien placé: petit parc calme et agréable, proximité quasi-immédiate de la plage et des commerces. Endroit magnifique pour les amoureux du littoral (côte sauvage de la presqu'île de Quiberon, plage du Men Du, baie du Morbihan...). Carnac plage est un endroit agréable et les commerçants y sont charmants (Avril). Pour finir, mention spéciale au propriétaire: accueillant, confiant, et portant un réel intérêt à ses locataires et à la réussite de leur séjour. Chapeau!

séjour serein et accueil sympathique
un séjour très apprécié pour son calme, ses jolies promenades, son micro climat. Quand on veut se ressourcer, c'est à Carnac qu'il faut aller. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, le petit parc charmant. Tout est parfait pour y passer un moment délicieux.
