About this property

Superb renovated barn.
At the end of a dead end road in the middle of a hamlet with views of the countryside in a peaceful location.
Oval swimming pool with deckchairs out of sight in a landscaped park shared with the owners.
A terrace with a large table, chairs and a 3m diameter parasol welcome you at the foot of the exposed stone facade.
You enter a large living room and dining room on two levels. The living room stays cool in summer and the dining room is very bright thanks to a picture window and roof windows.
A functional kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer section.
A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer
A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Upstairs :
2 bedrooms with a double bed and an open wardrobe.

excellent gîte

Week-end de rêve dans un gîte de rêve. Propriété à la tenue impeccable, Très grand jardin à la végétation variée et luxuriante. Piscine très agréable, située dans un environnement entièrement végétalisé et extrêmement soigné. Mise à disposition de transats, jeux, cabane et balançoire pour les enfants. Poulailler et pigeonnier pour divertir les petits. Possibilité de déjeuner à l'extérieur, protégés par un grand parasol, à différents endroits de la maison selon la course du soleil. Propriétaires charmants, disponibles, à l'écoute, très discrets et conviviaux. Une fois qu'on s'est installé dans cette propriété, on n'a plus envie d'en sortir ! Les visites des environs se feront une autre fois !

Un très beau gîte - un très bon accueil

Nous venons de passer une superbe semaine dans ce gîte très beau, très propre et particulièrement bien équipé. La piscine est lovée au fond d'un magnifique jardin et bénéficie d'une protection au vent du fait de sa position. Pour les amateurs de tranquillité, c'est pour vous, le gîte étant au bout d'un hameau sans issue. Autre point important pour le repos, la literie est de très bonne qualité. Même votre véhicule n'est pas oublié avec un stationnement sous hangar accessible à l'arrière de l'habitation. Le gîte bénéficie d'une belle surface et est parfaitement adapté à 2 couples et 4 enfants. Le Puy du Fou est à 50mn et nous recommandons également la visite de ce magnifique parc à thèmes. De plus, les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques et sont toujours disponibles pour répondre à vos questions. Nous recommandons et remercions Guy et Katia pour cette semaine malheureusement vite passée.

Appréciation générale

Que dire de plus, si ce n'est que l'endroit correspondait à nos attentes : isolé, pas trop de voisin, calme et à la fois pas trop éloigné de la ville. Le gîte en lui-même est parfait et on se sent comme chez soi. Nous avons eu de très bons contacts avec les propriétaires. Ces derniers étaient au petit soin nous. Leurs conseils étaient très utiles. Personnellement, si Abritel avait mis une 6e étoile dans l'évaluation qu'il propose, nous l'aurions cochée sans hésiter ! Encore merci pour ce séjour plus qu'agréable.

Peaceful Retreat

This is a lovely property set in a large and charming garden and has the further benefit of a swimming pool. Guy and Katia were our most helpful, friendly and welcoming hosts. If I am lucky enough to have another holiday in this area I shall certainly use this accommodation again

GITE TRES AGREABLE

Gîte idéalement situé pour une découverte du bocage de Bressuire grâce aux conseils avisés de Katia et Guy, propriétaires sympathiques et discrets. La location est en tous points à ce que l'on imagine en lisant le descriptif. La bonne surprise étant les extérieurs avec un jardin immense et magnifique, une belle piscine, un terrain de pétanque, des jeux à disposition et un grand préau en cas de mauvais temps.
