Hello My name is Heather and I have lived in Wales permanently since 2013 when I moved here with my husband Alun from Rugby, Warwickshire, England. We have always loved this part of the country and are now very happy to live here and hope that you will enjoy this beautiful part of the country in our lovely cottage, which is just over the road from where we live.
Heather purchased this Cottage in 2010
Why Heather chose Kidwelly
My husband Alun was originally born in South Wales and wanted to move back here, and I am from Leicester. I used to go to Pembrokeshire on holiday as a child, the next county to Carmarthen and I now have to pinch myself that this wonderful countryside is now on my doorstep. We both love the great outdoors and there is so much exploring to do here, walking, cycling, the beaches and Castles are all very close by.
What makes this Cottage unique
Enjoy the stunning views from the balcony, double bedroom and kitchen of the Gwendraeth Fach and Carmarthenshire. There is a garden which also belongs to the cottage for quiet relaxation. You can also walk up the mountain, Myndd Llangyndeyrn and see 7 counties from the top and some ancient stone burial grounds.

Delighted to hear that you loved the cottage and the Welsh cakes. I am really pleased that you liked visiting the Gower and Kidwelly which are convenient to travel to from Gwendraeth View. I do hope that you come back again.

Lovely cottage - beatifully clean and well appointed. Delightful area with stunning views inland and within easy reach of coast as well. We were blessed with glorious weather which always adds an extra dimension.
I am so pleased that you enjoyed your holiday and also had such fine weather, which as you say, makes the countryside even more beautiful.
Quaint little cottage which was kept clean and comfortable by the friendly, helpful owner
We had good weather and visited many places.
We chose the cottage for location as I needed to be only a short journey to Carmarthen hospital to access holiday haemodialysis.
I'm very glad that you found the cottage convenient for the hospital regarding your treatment and that you had such fine weather.
Please just ask me if you have any questions and I will try and help you out with local tourist attractions. There are so many places to visit in the area.
