The apartment in detail:

A large living room and / or bedroom, with storage furniture, large screen TV LDC, DVD player, two sofas easily convertible into a comfortable single bed, a Murphy bed for 2 people, hidden in the wardrobe.

A large bedroom (Kléber room) which gives towards the rear of the building including a large double bed, lcd television, large storage cupboard, office area, armchair. A secure balcony.

Two smaller bedrooms (Gutenberg & Broglie bedroom) with a double bed, 1 drawer for 1 person, desk area, LCD TV, storage boxes.

An independent designer kitchen with its luxury fittings, table with 10 stools, microwave, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, combined fridge freezer, sink.
A complete set of dishes and all utensils for cooking (toaster, citrus press, filter coffee machine and Nespresso).

A spacious bathroom with shower, washer-dryer, hair dryer, handkerchiefs, shower gel, soap, shampoo.

A separate toilet with its hand basin, soap and toilet paper.

The common areas are the corridor and the entrance with its closet including wardrobes, storage, an office area with telephone and box, ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

The apartment is clean when you arrive, cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory 40 €.

You are in a very quiet building, but in the heart of the city. You are therefore in an urban environment which comes alive in the morning and calms down in the evening and on weekends and holidays.

Internal rules:

The apartment is "non smoking". The small secure and sheltered balcony will allow you, if necessary, to indulge in this activity without leaving the apartment.

No arrival after 9 p.m., the door of the building is locked.

Any movement of the owner requested by the tenant will be charged 40 €, for example forgetting the keys in the accommodation.
