A villa surrounded by greenery and peace, with a panoramic view of the town of Bajardo. It's detached from the town but not isolated. In the Liguria Alps at an altitude of 900 m, the house comes equped with a large furnished garden and an outdoor wood-buring fireplace with barbeque. Inside there's a spacious living room with a fireplace. The house has two separetedsleeping quarters: one has a double room and a single room supplied with a bathroom, the other has a double room and a room with three beds supplied with a bathroom. Perfect for families with children. Bajardo can be reached on foot by taking a panoramic walk, in town there ar two grocer's, a butcher's, three restaurants, a backery with a cafè and a tabacconis/newsagent's. 30 km from Sanremo and The French Riviera (Cote d'Azur) it's ideal location for people who want's to enjoy peace and quiet, nature and the climate of the hinterland, but at the same time want to take trips to the sea.

An oasis of calm in the mountains

Wonderful location, just a short 5 min walk from the village of Bajardo. On arrival we were greeted by Gianni, a delightful man, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. His English is ok, but his French is better. We were a group of 4 adults/4 children, which worked perfectly with the two bedrooms and bathroom on one side of the living area, and the same combination on the other side. Space for two cars, off road, was a bonus too, considering how small the roads are! The villa was clean, tidy, and felt like a home, rather than just a big hotel suite. Incredibly quiet at night too. All the locals were more than happy to respond to our English-accented -"boungiorno's"! The open fire, really made for a cosy feel in the evenings. Francesca responded promptly to all questions during the booking process, and provided good information ahead of our stay. Would thoroughly recommend if you're looking for tranquility, stunning views, good local cuisine, and an escape from the madness of everyday life!

"The house was beautifull...

"The house was beautifully situated with fantastic views of the mountains and hilltop villages. The house it's self was spacious and well equipped. Senora Luciana who explained how everything worked and were everything was was a delight. She spoke no English and I spoke no Italian but we understood each other perfectly.If you are looking to be up in the mountains within 45 mins of the coast I would recommend this property and if you like road cycling you will love the surrounding roads.My family of 7 adults had a great time."

"We had an absolutely ama...

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at the house, it was perfectly suited for all our needs (4 adults, 2 children). The view from the house is stunning. Also the pizza oven is a fantastic bonus and very easy to use. During our stay there was a problem with the central heating and water - however the owners did everything they could to fix this and were extremely helpful".
