About this property

Architect's house built in 2008. Indoor swimming pool 7 x 4. Our house is situated on the edge of the fields with a completely unobstructed view. The living room, the kitchen, the dining room (about 70m2) and the master suite (25m2) with exposed beams, are located on the first floor and open onto a large terrace of 70M2 in IPE with a dominant view over the nature. Access to the beach of PEN GUEN is via a coastal path; it takes between 5 and 10 minutes depending on your pace . 4 rooms on the ground floor also open onto an Ipe terrace and give access to the swimming pool; the fifth room overlooks the fields. The swimming pool is heated all year round between 26 and 28°C; its access is entirely secured by a door with lock. A TV lounge with a 94cm LCD screen and comfortable sofas awaits you for moments of rest. A Nespresso machine is at your disposal. Wifi.
For weekend rentals only, arrival is on Friday from 4 pm and departure on Sunday until 5 pm.

Spacious house with a beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay in this home. A great home base for day trips to Mont St. Michel, Dinan, and other beautiful towns. Nicely designed and decorated, it was a pleasure to return to in the evenings. Unfortunately, we had a bit of rain during our stay, so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Sébastien was a kind and helpful host, and we look forward to returning one day!

Een prachtweek in villa du bay

Hebben met ons gezin enorm genoten van onze week vakantie in Bretagne. Wij verbleven in een prachtig ruim huis met een mooie en interessante omgeving. Vooral de kleinkinderen hebben veel plezier gehad aan het binnenzwembad, meerdere malen per dag hebben zij er in gezwommen en gespeeld. Vanaf de villa konden wij direct wandelen naar het strand en zo,verder langs de kust. Niet te vergeten de sympathieke ontvangst door Catherine. Met veel plezier komen wij hopelijk volgend jaar terug.

génial pour grande famille

la maison est très spacieuse, la terrasse est super, la décoration est moderne et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour, chacun a son espace. tout peut se faire à pied : la plage, le golf, le poney club, la randonnée. on a très rapidement l'impression d'être dans "notre" maison. les propriétaires sont trés sympathiques. j'aimerai pouvoir y retourner.

Nicely decorated spacious house

We have stayed in this house with a lot of pleasure. The house is really nice decorated and very spacious. The only critical points we can think of is the state of the garden furniture (2 chairs broke and there are only 2 deckchairs that worked) and the matrasses (not very suitable for people with minor backproblems). But apart from that, we will certainly return.
