Fantastic Value in the Center of Juan-les-Pins
My wife and I were able to stay at the property for a week in July of 2016.
The owner, Yvan, was a gracious host who accommodated any requests that we had in a prompt and friendly manner. He even went so far as to be flexible on our check-in time as we were traveling to the area by car from far away.
The property itself is extremely spacious with an oversized terrace which lets in plenty of light during the day. More important for us was the location itself which proved to be very central and quiet at the same time. You are within walking distance of a number of restaurants and supermarkets as well as most importantly the beach. On site secured parking is available and proved quite useful given that the free street parking was often occupied in the area and therefore it was one less worry to have.
The rooms in the apartment are all quite large including the kitchen where you can prepare meals in case you are not in the mood to go out. The bed in the bedroom was quite comfortable and although not used we saw that there was an additional fold out bed in addition to the couch which turned into a bed.
Overall, my wife and I were quite pleased with our stay and would be more than happy to return!
