super semaine (vacance avril)

couple avec 4 enfants nous avons passe une semaine de vacance avec un temps ensoleille un cadre super les enfants et parents ont put se defouler un maximum la maison est superbe bien situee pour les ballades et les visites en tous genres les proprietaires accueillant et sympa je la recommanderait aux amis et la famille

Maison magnifique

Situé dans un cadre idyllique, 10 jours de bonheur et de découverte du Finistère. La maison est merveilleuse, et idéalement placé, vaste jardin, et tout le confort proposé. Calme et proximité de sites remarquables. Je recommande vivement cet location.

Evaluation de notre séjour

Dès notre arrivée à la location nous étions contents de trouver une jolie maison bretonne .notre contentement s'est trouvé diminué car à l'ouverture de la porte d'entée nous avons trouvé le logement pas trop bien entretenu, avec des odeurs de fosse septique, des appareils ménagers tres vieux, un lavabo bouché (débouché par nos soins)un abattant de wc abimé,piles de la télécommande Tv HS,la literie avec des matelas vraiment ayant dépassé depuis longtemps l'âge du confort.Le prix payé est trop élevé pour ce confort. Le jour de notre départ qui était convenu avec le propriétaire ou son fils de faire l'état des lieux et de nous rendre le cheque de caution, il n'Y AVAIT PERSONNE.Nous avons quitté l'appartement après un ménage et rangement sans présence des concernés. Après notre 2 ème expérience chez Abritel, celle -ci est en dessous de tout.

Gealtertes Haus, schöne Umgebung

Die Lage und Umgebung des Hauses war sehr schön, zum Strand nur ca 2km und für Ausflüge geeignet. Das Haus entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Kein WLAN, Waschmaschine defekt und wurde nicht repariert, innen muffig und alles in die Jahre gekommen, Türklinken locker, ein Fenster nicht zu öffnen, wenig Alltagsgeschirr, z.T. andere Möbel als auf den Fotos abgebildet (z.B. kleinerer Esstisch). Die im Inserat aufgeführten Fahrräder nicht inklusive sondern waren extra zu mieten und ebenfalls in keinem guten Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls schwierig mit durchschnittlichen Französichkenntnissen, keine andere Sprache war möglich.
