The property is located 14 km from the port of Gavrio, in the small settlement of Vitali, in the northeastern part of the island. It is well known for its beach, which is 4 km from the house. A local tavern is located in Vitali beach and an all day cafe-bar which serves fresh fruit juices, drinks and light snacks. Vitali is a traditional village-settlement with old farm houses. Although Vitali is alive in the summer, with the owners opening up their houses for the holiday season, the village remains peaceful in its beautiful tranquil surroundings.
The guest house is totally independent of the main house. There are two 25 sq.m. guest rooms with en suite bathrooms and one small bedroom with bunk beds for two. A separate bathroom is outside of this room. An extra bedroom with en suite bathroom is available upon request. The kitchen is outdoor between the two rooms. Adjacent to this is the outdoor covered dinning area with a large table that seats twelve. A brick old fashioned oven is available for use as is the barbecue. The 5x9 m swimming pool lies in front of the two guest rooms. On the same property, north of the swimming pool are a basketball/mini soccer court, a ping pong table and a trampoline. For those who love adventure the little wooden tree-house is a perfect hideaway to spend the night. Nobody else is using the main house during your stay. The property as well as the swimming pool is only for your own use.

A very special place
The property was beautiful. The setting is unusual in that the kitchen is outdoor and the bedrooms open directly on a beautiful patio, outdoor dining area and pool. It allows the guests to immerse in the natural surroundings. The host was most helpful and the property immaculate. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

We fell in love with this place!
We have just come back from two amazing weeks at Katerinas place on this special island! The house is fantastically located - so that a real holiday and retreat starts the moment you walk in. We loved the quietude, privacy and spaciousness of the place and the beautiful and loving attention that Katerina put in every corner of the house. It was the best place we ever rented and it was very, very hard to leave!!! Katerina was always available, very helpful und attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to return soon and stay for longer or even better, for good. I live in Athens during the fall and winter season and in Syros and Andros mainly during the summer although I would love to live on the islands all year round. I love hospitality as well as making my guests feel at home and go out of my way to provide for them. I love to take care of this beloved property which we enjoy with my family on holidays and I have been enjoying it since I was a child.

While 20 minutes from the active island life the property is in a village isolated from the city noises offering a unique opportunity to enjoy life in nature with peace and tranquility. The village of Vitali has one of the nicest beaches of the Aegean.
