In Luchon (exact name: Bagnères de Luchon), very pleasant furnished chalet-style apartment for 4 people. 38 m2 ON THE GROUND, plus a large south loggia of 10 m2 with views of the high mountains. Living room-kitchen and bedroom. Sunny, individual parking at the foot of the building.
Laminate parquet floor (no carpet).
Raclette machine. Fireplace, not usable.
All photos are taken from the apartment.
7 minutes walk (600 m) from the Bagnères-de-Luchon city center. Peyragudes and Superbagnères ski resorts 16 km away, 17 minutes by car.
Shuttle bus to the Superbagnères gondola (1 km) at 20 meters away.
Bossost (Spain) 20 minutes drive by the Col du Portillon. Aran Park (Bears etc.) at 12 km.
Luchon hiking guide and photo book on the Pyrenees available.
The cell phone works very well and so does 4G. No WIFI.

Appartement confortable avec belle terrasse

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement pendant une semaine en septembre. L’endroit est parfait pour faire de la randonnée autour de Luchon. On peut marcher au village et aux bains thermes en quelques minutes. L’appartement est confortable dans un édifice tranquille. Par beau temps, la terrasse est très agréable et offre une belle vue sur les montagnes.

Une location agréable... comme chez soi!!!

Nous ne pouvons dire que du bien, agréable location, super... avec le balcon ,avec une belle vue; et tout le confort, pas de surprise par rapport à l'annonce, on se croirait: comme : chez soi, très calme,bien situé par rapport au centre -ville ; en un mot: que du bien, matériel et accessoires suffisants, pour passer une semaine ..ou plus. Très bon accueil à l'arrivée, on a envie d'y retourner.

vacances très réussies

très bien équipé : tout confort et pratique : l'aspirateur est même un Miele neuf, mitigeurs neufs, nombreux rangements. Le tarif est très intéressant pour la qualité du logement : c'est un dernier étage (donc pas de voisin au dessus), calme, belle vue, du côté agréable de Luchon à deux pas du parc des Thermes, loin du bruit : loin de la gare, de l'aérodrome, du supermarché, de la route vers Toulouse etc. Jolie décoration.

Tres agreable appartement terrasse ensoleillée

Appartement calme, fonctionnel (2 adultes + 2 enfants), très propre, tout à fait conforme à la description sur l'annonce, belle vue sur les montagnes depuis le grand balcon, d'ailleurs nous avons pu y manger au soleil. Vraiment une très bonne location.

Location bien située pour curistes

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un appartement confortable très bien situé pour les curistes que nous étions. Très bon accueil de la personne représentant la propriétaire sur place.Trois points plus négatifs : - il a fallu progresser prudemment dans un appartement très bien décoré de poutres parfois un peu basse même pour des personnes de taille moyenne - la terrasse et sa table, récemment vernies, étaient très collantes - la personne représentant la propriétaire nous a fait part de l’inquiétude de cette dernière sur des dégâts éventuellement causés par la présence de notre chien (nous avons pourtant confirmé son comportement des plus calmes et sa présence était autorisée dans ce logement). Heureusement, la visite de fin de séjour a dû la rassurer Après consultation des locations environnantes, le loyer parait un peu trop élevé pour la surface habitable. A recommander pour 1 à deux personnes, pas plus
