A very well appointed property in a lovely scenic area of Salobreña.
Communication with the property manager Patricia and her willing assistant, father Ricardo before our stay and during our stay was first class.
We were met a designated arrival time and given a tour of the property by Ricardo.
Note that electricity is chargeable at this and other properties in the area. Our electricity bill at the end of a ten day stay was only 25 Euros and this included the sometimes required air conditioning. Most of the time natural throughput of air through open windows sufficed to keep indoor temperature bearable.
Well designed kitchen with plenty of utensils. Large fridge freezer, microwave and electric hob/oven.
Kitchen being on the cooler side of the villa was a plus.
Views fromm terrace of Salobreña bay and castle morning noon and night were a delight.
Only a five minute drive to Salobreña's beach with a good selection of reasonably priced restaurants.
3 small supermarkets in Salobreña and 15 minutes away on way into Motril a choice of high class supermarkets with vast choice of fresh fish.
One small downside to the property is the hot water is triggered by a system reliant on gas cylinders, intrinsically safe but a disappointing find in this century. Modernisation is a requirement. Trying to balance a hot water flow in showers was difficult. Solar panels in the land of sun would resolve the issue.
All in all highly recommended with the caveat above.

Beautiful location in Los Almendros in Salobrena. House sleeps 6 easily, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with all apparel you need. Almost everything is newly decorated including superb beds. The terrace invites you for breakfast, a quick read or an evening wine. And enjoy herbs like mint to give a taste to tea or cold water. Or use the lemons. Safe area. Nice neighbors. Bath towels provided. You need a car since it is on the hill and some 3 kilometers from the relatively quiet beach. Eating out? Try Arais, El Penon, chirinquitos at the beach. And are you in need? Call yoga teacher Patricia for help or follow her lessons twice a week 🤗
John, Cassandra and family have been wonderful tenants. We have tried to find them comfortable, as if they were in their house and we are delighted that we have achieved it. They have been understanding and they have taken care of our house as if it were theirs.I recommend them as tenants for their kindness, education and sympathy. We told you to be very happy.
House with fantastic wiev to the sea.
We spend our vacation in this house in Salobrena in juli 2017. It is a very nice house with all what you need to spend a good and relaxed vacation. Nice and new kitchen, 2 nice bath-rooms with dusch. 3 rooms with comfortable beds and air-condition. From the terraze you have a fantastic wiev to the sea and in the evenings you can enjoy the lights from Salobrena. For your car there is a garage or an outside safe place to park.
The owners of the house are very kind and helpfull people that are living close to the house so it is always easy get in touch with them.
There are many nice places to visit. We visited e.g. El Caminito del Rey witch was a fantastic experience. The tour was arranged by 123tours in Almunecar. 123tours can make nice tours for you if you want to go in speciel places. We are giving this house and owners our best recommendations. Thank you for a nice stay.

Sehr schönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern in der Sierra Nevada, für Kultur (Alhambra) oder einfach nur zum Baden im Meer und für das gute Essen in der Vielzahl der empfehlenswerten Restaurants.

We spent great holidays in this place. We were warmly welcomed. The place has a fantastic view, the garden is peaceful and the house is clean, well equiped and large enough for a family. Our children appreciated a lot the large swimming pool in the hill.
Great house with a spectacular view!
My girlfriend and I had a great stay at Carmens house. The house was clean and well equipped with all that we needed for our 2 week stay. The house is located in the hills with a spectacular view from the main terrace. It’s recommended to have access to a car. Then it’s only 10-15 minutes to beach, restaurants, shopping etc.
We were attended by the very sweet neighbours Ricardo and Gertrudis who were easy to get in touch with and very helpful during our stay.
The only drawback was that the cleaning system of the pool was out of order during the entire stay. This meant we weren’t able to use the pool at all, which was a big minus since the private pool was one of the main reasons for choosing this house for our vacation. Our neighbors ordered a pool technician but they never showed up which was strange. We we're though able to use their pool for a couple of days which was nice. Otherwise we were compensated by not having to pay for electricity.
All in all our stay was great.
Andalusian character villa with magnificent sea view for rent holiday on the tropical coast, Salobreña.
The villa, called "Torrecica" is located in the prestigious urbanization Monte de los Almendros, just three minutes drive from the charming white village of Salobreña, crowned by its castle and its beaches and coves. Urbanization Monte de los Almendros offers a large recreation area with swimming pools, tennis court, play area for "kids" and also a beach bar.
"The Torrecica" is easily accessible. The villa offers an entrance hall; bright living room with air conditioning and access to the terrace with great views of the sea and Sierra Nevada; fully equipped kitchen (lavavajilas, oven, hob, coffee maker, toaster ...); three bedrooms (two with sea views) and two bathrooms.
Outside "the Torrecica" can enjoy a garden, barbecue, terrace and also has private enclosed garage. Wi-Fi is available.
