Dama de Noche is located about a 10 minute walk from the Puerto Banus where you can do all your shopping in the Corte Ingles department store or in the many boutiques and smaller shops located close to the port area. You are also just by the local beaches where you can soak up the sun and enjoy some of the local beach restaurants. It is a quiet and peaceful development with a gated entrance and 24 hour security. There is a large community swimming pool just by the apartment, a day time cafe/night time restaurant on site and beautiful, landscaped gardens offer a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Marbella is only a 15 minute drive, the La Cañada shopping centre is close by and Gibraltar takes around 45 minutes and makes a great day trip.

NOTES FOR RESIDENTS – MORE DETAILED INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE IN THE INFORMATION BOOKLET IN THE DRAWERS NEAR THE FRONT DOOR AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING The air conditioning and heating control panel is on the wall in the living room. There is however a master control in the hallway to the right hand side of the main entrance door of the apartment which limits the time the units are switched on to a maximum of two hours. At the end of this period, the system will automatically switch itself off and this master switch has to be pressed to re-activate. We would request in any case that you please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the apartment for short periods and turn on again when you return. OIL FILLED RADIATORS In extremely cold weather there are oil filled radiators and timers in each of the wardrobes. Please ensure that you do not leave these on when you are out or overnight and please do not cover these appliances due to the risk of fire. NOISE The community at La Dama de Noche requests that noise from television and audio equipment is kept to a reasonable level at all times so as not to disturb the neighbours and in addition silence is requested between the hours of 24:00 and 10:00. WATER HEATER The water tank is located in the utility room which adjoins the kitchen. It is always plugged in and is a storage unit so when the hot water is used, the heater automatically switches itself on to heat more water and stores until next time the water is used. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HOT WATER IS VERY HOT SO TAKE CARE WHEN RUNNING FOR A LONG PERIOD. WINDOWS The windows have locks which should be used every time you go out of the apartment. The bolt should be pushed into the window to operate and the key mechanism turned fully anticlockwise to lock. To unlock turn the key fully clockwise and if the bolt does not pop up just pull upwards to release. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT WINDOWS ARE LOCKED EVEN IF YOU ARE ONLY LEAVING THE APARTMENT FOR A SHORT WHILE OR ONLY GOING TO THE POOL. The windows have shutters on them that sometimes stick if opened too far. If this happens please pull the shutter down whilst operating the winder and this will free it. WASHING MACHINE In order to save on water and energy, please use wherever possible the short wash if your clothes or items are not very soiled. There is an express 15 minute wash and a rapid 30 minutes. We would suggest you use either of those. DISHWASHER Please try to use only when completely full, there is a programme if only half full. The button to operate is on the far left and the half full wash is on the far right. COOKER The hob is an induction hob. You should only use the saucepans and frying pans provided in the apartment. The controls are fairly self explanatory and are touch controlled. Ensure all dials are turned to 0 when you have finished. CLEANING, BEDDING AND TOWELS The apartment is cleaned before arrival and fresh bedding and towels are supplied. One red beach towel is provided per person for use at the pool and the beach. Please ensure that the other towels are only used within the apartment. KEYS When in the apartment, we would suggest that you hang the keys on the hook provided to the right of the main entrance door. Please do not leave the keys in the door as if the door closes behind you with the keys in the lock we may be unable to open the door with a spare key and a locksmith would need to be called out. In this case the guest would need to pay the cost. RUBBISH The bins for disposal of your refuse are located on the main road in front of the apartment to the right and left. LOCKED STORAGE There are various cupboards, wardrobes and boxes that are locked and have private labels on them. These are for storage of personal items of the apartment owners and therefore should not be accessed. BARBEQUE Unfortunately the barbeque housing on the terrace is not to be used as this is prohibited by the La Dama de Noche community. Use of this equipment could result in security calling the police. FLOORS Please note that the floors both inside the apartment, especially in the bathrooms, and outside the apartment on the terrace are extremely slippery when wet please take extra care under these conditions. DEPARTURE On departure please ensure that: • the apartment is left reasonably tidy • all bins are emptied • all appliances are turned off and unplugged • the air conditioning and heating is switched off • the window shutters are down • the windows are locked • the gate is locked • both sets of keys plus the window lock keys are hung on the hook provided to the right of the main entrance door • the front door is closed firmly behind you If there are any breakages or damages please advise before leaving so the items can be replaced. Excellent family apartment in superb location
From the point of booking this apartment, we had a great experience. The rental company contacted us a week before travel to support with completing the tourist forms and very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment from the airport and how to get into the apartment.
Once we were there, we found a clean, spacious, comfortable apartment with a great outdoor space for our 4 year old along with parents and grand parents. The swimming pool on the complex was a good size and never too busy and with Puerto Banus and the beach so close, we had everything we needed

This apartment does exactly what it says on the tin, it has a great location with everything needed to have a good stay within and a lovely pool area to top it off!

This is a lovely flat, in a good location, it's a quiet family complex but if you're looking for a bit of night life, it's only a 15 minute walk down to the lively port side
Group of 6 young girls - we really enjoyed our stay at La Dama De Noche. Lovely apartment (photos do not do it justice!), perfect size with everything you should need. The pool was beautiful & we always got a sun bed. Great location, 5 minute taxi into the buzzy Harbour of Puerto Banus. Christine (agent) was extremely helpful and responsive with any queries we had. Would definitely return!
Perfect for what we required!
Very clean and tidy, with all the equipment and white goods required. Excellent location for us, my husband was doing the Marbella 70.3 ironman race, which was centred in Puerto Banus.

Stayed here for 3 nights in September 2018, weather wasn’t the best but the appartment was perfect for what we needed, the outside area is fantastic there is plenty of cover for the rain but also a lot of space for the sun, the pool was fantastic, very clean! It is a perfect location and a 5-10 min ride in a taxi! Overall we had a lovely weekend xx

Puerto Banus is located in the heart of the Costa del Sol. It enjoys sunshine over 300 days a year and has miles of beautiful sandy beaches bathed by the blue mediterranean. It also has an abundance of restaurants, shops and other places to visit. Rub shoulders with the jet set in the port at Puerto Banus. We are close to Marbella and only a short drive to the mountains where you can enjoy the wonderful scenery and get some exercise hiking at the same time; you can even ski or snowboard in Sierra Nevada only a two hour drive from the apartment. The area is a golfer's paradise with over 50 courses some designed by world class players such as Seve Ballesteros and Gary Player. They all have one thing in common, the fantastic sunny and dry climate which allows golfers to play all year round. You have a selection of around 10 of these golf courses within a 20 minute drive of the apartment, offering something for everyone, from the beginner to the seasoned veteran.
If it´s the food you´re interested in, try some of the local "tapas" a bite size snack you can order with your drink or some of Malaga´s famous "pescaito frito", fresh fried fish washed down with a glass of sangria.
For those of you who really want to do something different, Morocco is not that far, only an hour´s ride away to the ferry in Algeciras where you jump on the hydrofoil and can be in Tangiers in 45 minutes.
