We are a family of four who bought this property to spend some quality time in togheter with friends and family. As we live in Stockholm, Sweden we need some nice weather during our vacation, and what could be better than to spend a few weeks at the Costa del Sol.

Why Ulf Bergendal chose Marbella
We bought this property in the spring of 2016 after visiting some friends in the Marbella area and we realised that we wanted our own apartment here. After looking at many different apartments in Marbella, Nuevo Andalucia, Puerto Banus, Calahonda, Estepona etc, this apartement was without any doubts the best we seen. Located in Golden Beach, one of the most desirable residential areas of Costa del Sol, the complex provides a typical Andalucian village. It's wonderful tropical gardens with fountains, waterfalls, pergolas and 4 beautiful swimingpools has been awarded with several design prices. The fantastic garden and the proximity to the lovely beach was really what we looked for. The water is very shallow and great for the kids to play in.
What makes this Apartment unique
The apartment is located in a beach front property by one of the best beaches of Costa del Sol. As it is a penthouse on the 4th floor, you can enjoy the privacy of a roof terrace with a great view over the garden, the montains and the pool area. The area is perfect if you like to play golf with many golf Courses nearby, for example Marbella Golf & Country Club and Santa Clara Golf. Just a few minutes away, you also have the Royal Tennis Club in Marbella. If you like running or walking, you have miles of beach to run at as well as Beautiful trails in the Mountains nearby. At the beach club, Estrella del Mar, which is located just 200 meters awy you can enjoy a fantastic spa and massage experience at the beach and also enjoy great food. The World famous Nikki Beach Club is situated on walking distance from our apartment.

Very nice and clean property with beautiful garden and private area pools located 200 metres from the beach.
Needs a Big Refurbishment
This property is old and needs a lot of updating and refurb. . It is not very comfortable and not very pleasing on the eye, which does not make for a relaxing holiday.
The fixtures and fittings are very old and outdated and fallen apart.
However the property is in a great location and situated within a pleasant complex.
Lovely family trip
This apartment was perfect for us- well equipped, fabulous roof patio, well maintained and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. While you don’t have to have a car it makes life much easier.

Super holiday apartment
We are a family of 5 ( 2 adults and 3 grown up children 20, 17 and 13). We stayed in this Beautiful 3 bed holiday apartment set in fantastic tropical gardens for 9 nights (wish it was longer). The beds are very comfortable and with a private balcony and roof terrace there is sun all day. The location is perfect with easy assess to the A7 and only a very short walk to beach and resturaunts. We enjoyed morning walks along the beach, lazy days sunbathing, with a late swim in the fantastic pool (one of two) followed by a drink on the beach watching the sunset - then a short walk to one of the nearby resturaunts. We ate out every night and didn’t have a bad meal, we particularly liked Sloanes, which is only a 7 min walk (under the A7). The apartment has all you’d need including a bbq which was great for cooking lunch. Thanks Ulf and Anna - we hope to be back soon

Property clean and set in beautiful gardens
Very clean and well equipped apartment
This is a lovely apartment. We arranged for Christof (property manager) to pick us up and drop us off from the airport. He was great and very helpful.
I have 2 young children and although you have to negotiate a few flights of stairs up to it, it is worth it as the roof top terrace is lovely. We had meals up here and also sunbathed up here when the kids allowed!!!!
The apartment block was very quiet and there is not much around but the beach is a 5 minute walk and is lovely and there is a very nice Chinese and Tapas restaurant just on the other side of the underpass which is really nice and good value for money but it is a little dark walking there.
Would thoroughly recommend if looking for a quiet break in a really nice apartment.

Elviria is an area Which is well known for its beaches and lovely surroundings. It is a quiet area where you'll have easy access to the Several swimming pools, beach, restaurants, golf, tennis, coffeeshops / foodstores etc.
To get here, you either drive a car or take a taxi from the Airport (you do not need a car During your vacation here). The area is very good for you who like running / walking on the beach, enjoying a nice spa at the Estrella del Mar Beach Club, playing golf, tennis or paddleboard. It is alsovery Easy to go to the city of Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola or any of the other citys That is just a short drive away. After a long day you can enjoy a nice swim in one of the swimming pools in the private community, and then relax at your own private roof terrace enjoying your dinner under the stars. There are special pools for the little ones That are shallow. There are Several restaurants at walking distance so you can select whatever you want.

Places to visit
The neighboring urbanization of Cabopino, with its charming port and beaches is just five minutes drive and is overpriced home to Cabopino Golf and a Further Five minutes, direction Fuengirola, you'll come to the very British area of Calahonda, with its host of facilities to shop and dine.
The beautiful town of Marbella is just 10 minutes drive away, wander around the charming Old Town of Marbella and enjoy a drink in the Plaza de los Naranjos (Orange Square), the town has superb dining choices. Glitzy Puerto Banus with its luxury yachts and stylish boutiques is just past Marbella. The large shopping center of La Cañada is situated just outside of Marbella and offers over 200 stores, including a Marks and Spencer and Habitat!
To the east of Elviria, is the old coastal town of Fuengirola, Which in Recent years has Become a hub for foreign visitors and residents. Fuengirola is a diverse town, Which suits many tastes. There is a large foreign occupation in the town, evident in the diversity of its shops and restaurants. However, you deeper and you find what is Essentially an old Spanish coastal town, with some excellent tapas bars and delightful traditional Spanish restaurants.
Elviria like most of the urbanisations That run along the coastal road ice Divided into two - beachside and mountainside. Golden sandy beaches stretch right the way from Fuengirola to Marbella and beyond and Elviria is no exception. There are some great facilities on the beach, including dining and watersports.
The famous Nikki Beach Club is located on the beach by the Don Carlos Hotel and is for Those Who Wish to sunbathe in style, Accompanied with DJs and day and night partying.
From the village center the land rises gently, past the Santa Maria Golf Course and up to area known as La Mairena, a beautiful biosphere environment, with probably some of the best views on offer on the Coast. From here you can see to the Sierra Nevada and Africa. Within minutes you can be rambling through beautiful natural landscape.
Although a small urbanization, Elviria is packed with restaurants and bars, including tapas and Spanish 'menu del día' options, pizza, Chinese and British options, as well as some first class dining venues, including El Lago Restaurant, Nikki Beach and Da Bruno's Italian in nearby Cabopino.
