The house offers a breathtaking view of the sea, the beach and the center of Marzamemi, has 2 bedrooms very elegant and refined bedrooms, 1 Matrimaniale and a twin bedroom both with air conditioning. 1 bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine.
The stylish, well-stocked kitchen, including a dishwasher, features an open plan with a table for 6 people, 2 sofas, two armchairs, a TV and two air-conditioning units, a huge openable glass window that is sensible to be on a boat. And finally a gorgeous terrace with EMU table equipped with armchairs for 4 people. The terrace on the sea offers a wide panorama and the possibility to dine by candlelight, enjoying a unique and breathtaking spectacle immersed in a "magical" atmosphere. The lights of Marzamemi refracting on the water and the transit of fishermen's boats create a postcard scenario.
The house is located in a unique location for exterior comfort as well, it has a private passage to the bathroom to take a bath underneath the house, and the proximity of the historic center to which you come with a walk on foot. In the center are supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, newsagents, selling fish products, souvenir shops, typical trattorias, pizzerias, bars, shops selling delicious local products such as tuna and swordfish caught and processed on the spot, then still the famous cherry tomatoes of pachino both fresh and dried, etc.
