welcome to this pretty property of 2 hectares of meadows and woods, located 800 meters from the Dordogne and 10 km south of Sarlat, in a green and rural setting. this house built in the 17th century adjoining the owner's house and very well renovated awaits you; it shares the property with 4 adjoining gites without vis-à-vis and 2 new brand new gites, for 2 to 6 people. the little meadows are therefore perfect for a family with 2, 3 or 4 children wishing to make friends while their parents rest in a friendly and warm atmosphere. of course, for larger groups, the entire property is at your disposal. large swimming pool (6x12 - salt filtration), pétanque, table tennis, beach volleyball: everything has been designed for the enjoyment of young and old. do not miss to visit nearby many castles, villages, gardens and the cave of lascaux, among other magnificent sites that offer not

Avis sur fond nuancé

Bonjour, Pour faire une synthèse de notre séjour, l’accueil par les propriétaires est très chaleureux. Le site est calme et ombragé, et le terrain bien délimité et à l’écart de la circulation pour les enfants. La piscine, le terrain de pétanque le beach volley ainsi que la localisation géographique du gîte par rapport aux attraits touristiques sont de bons atouts. La convivialité est au rendez vous, avec possibilité de commander des viennoiseries servi « a domicile » au petit matin .L ' ambiance camping (apéro et repas hebdo entre ??? amis ???) . On apprécie ou on fuit... Concernant les logements, évitez le gîte 17eme (Humide et sentant le moisi, exigu, sombre, pas féru de propreté et mobilier en état moyen) - literie médiocre pour les enfants comme pour les adultes. Il y a seulement 2 machines a laver " à disposition" pour 7 gîtes et le prix n’est malheureusement pas a la hauteur de la prestation attendue en comparaison de notre expérience de ces dernières années.

Gîte très agréable, très bien placé

Excellent séjour chez Sabrina et Patrice qui sont des hôtes charmants. Espaces extérieurs idéal pour les enfants ( piscine, un peu fraîche mais agréable et grande), balançoires, volleyball... Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région

It was overall a good stay. We enjoyed the environment. There was a lot to do. The gite need some renovation. But was alright. The minus was NO WIFI, with a teenager in the family is this a disaster.

Super séjour

Des propriétaires très sympathiques, à l'écoute des vacanciers aussi bien adultes qu'enfants. Un gîte simple et fonctionnel ainsi que la piscine indispensable l'été. Nous y retournerons certainement.

entretien à revoir

Propriétaires sympathiques et serviables mais trop pris par leurs autres activités au détriment de l'entretien du gite.Ex: la piscine n'ayant pas été nettoyée en cours de séjour, elle n'a pu etre utilisée normalement. Le wifi est très difficile à recevoir.
