Located on the hills of Nice, in Saint André de la Roche, in a residential, secure and quiet area, overlooking the city of Nice, with panoramic views of the city, La Baie des Anges, Le Cap d'Antibes, this small new apartment , arranged in a flirtatious way or everything is new, furniture, linen, bedding, household appliances has a main room with dining area, sleeping in comfortable sofa, wardrobe closet, linen closet and an independent kitchen, fully equipped. Its bathroom has a vanity unit, a WC and a shower cabin. It is located on the ground floor of a villa, with a small garden where you can, while contemplating the view, enjoy your stay in a sunny setting, decorated with Mediterranean plants. You can sunbathe there, out of sight. In the evening, installed in the deckchairs, you will appreciate the cool while admiring the city lights. A feast for the eyes. A la limite de la perfection

Après avoir passé une semaine dans ce "petit nid douillet", nous pouvons sans crainte conseiller cette location où tout est parfait : accueil à l'arrivée (fleurs sur la table, documentations diverses sur les activités à faire autour de Nice, eau fraîche...), agencement, équipements, literie, propreté, situation (vue imprenable et superbe). La gentillesse, la disponibilité et la serviabilité de la propriétaire sont irréprochables. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Merci Madame pour cette semaine et surtout ne changez rien...

petit nid douillet sur la colline nicoise

cette petite maison est splendide et joliment décorée avec une belle terrasse où la vue sur la mer est imprenable.le studio est fonctionnel et très agréable à vivre.le rapport qualité prix est excellent.après une journée de visite, il est idéalement situé pour se reposer et profiter du calme sur la colline nicoise. la propriétaire prend soin de ses locataires et cela se voit dans son studio et dans son accueil si chaleureux.elle est toujours à notre écoute.c'est sans hésitation que nous reviendrons séjourner dans ce petit nid douillet.

Bonjour, nous venons de passer 1 semaine dans ce logement. Tout est neuf, bien pensé dans l'agencement et la décoration, tout est parfaitement entretenu, la vue est superbe, le quartier résidentiel idéalement situé sur les collines de Nice, l'exposition vous permettra de bronzer en admirant un paysage superbe. Egalement nous soulignons l'accueil extrêmement gentil et délicat des propriétaires. C'est certain, nous reviendrons. En attendant, nous ne pouvons que recommander ce lieu. Partez en toute confiance, vous serez enchantés.

Super studio

Très joli studio. Très bien équipé, électroménager quasi neuf, extérieur magnifique avec vue sur la mer. Endroit très calme. Hôte très accueillante et discrète. Un vrai lit serait un petit plus. Mais séjour parfait !

Vue magnifique

Des proprietaires discrets mais avec une communication facile. De belles ballades au soleil. Conduite de Montagne. De bonnes pizzas au restaurant camion tout proche. Pas d epicerie ou boulanger dans le village.
