Stone house completely independent on the mountainside over 2 ha of land down to the river with private swimming. Located in the heart of the parks of the Ardèche mountains, it offers close to many possibilities for activities (trout river, proximity to thermal spas Vals les Bains, Neyrac les Bains and many hiking and mountain biking trails between the maquis of the volcanic plateaus with sources of the Loire and Ardèche and Mediterranean scrubland)

Super séjour cadre calme et magnifique
Un seul regret: séjour trop court Une seule envie: y retourner Un havre de paix au sein d'une région magnifique offrant de multiples possibilités de promenades. Un accueil vraiment très sympathique du propriétaire. Maison très plaisante et très confortable. Et quel bohneur aussi de se prélasser au bord de la charmante rivière où on peut se rafraîcher par les chaudes journées d'été.

Noël chaleureux et confortable fut réussi
Le gîte est très agréable, la vue sur la rivière magnifique. La cheminée tire à merveille. Tout était bien dans ce gîte. Et même en plein hiver les promenades alentours sont très belle. Un mot sur le propriétaire qui nous a accueillis avec classe et qui est charmant. Très bonne note!

un havre de paix!
Idéale pour les amoureux de la nature et du calme,de 10 à 15 minutes en voitures des premiers commerces de vals les bains,cette location est fidèle à son descriptif.La maison est très confortable et bien équipée,tout y est pour réussir ses vacances.De plus c'est un paradis pour les pêcheurs de truites et d'écrevisses.Excellent accueil du propriétaire qui est bien sympathique.

SEJOUR AU CALME ET VUE DOMINANTE
Très joli maison, vaste rez de chaussée, agréable et moderne avec une terrasse vue sur la rivière et colline. Les deux grandes chambres sont très fraiche et une belle vue aussi. En tout point conforme aux descriptions. Le propriétaire est très chaleureux et nous recommandons cette maison à tous.

Très belle location
Magnifique endroit. Maison très bien exposée : il y a du soleil et de l'ombre. Equipement complet. Très calme et proche des commerces de Vals les Bains. L'endroit est bien situé : on peut aller facilement , au Nord, vers le plateau ardéchois (Mont Mézenc, Mont Gerbier de Jonc, sucs), au Nord-Est vers le parc du Livradois-Forez, au Sud-Est vers les Cévennes, et au Sud vers les Gorges de l'Ardèche. La rivière en bas du terrain est fraîche, mais baignable. En trois semaines en août , nous n'avons eu aucun moustique ! Le propriétaire est très sympathique et d'un accueil chaleureux. A recommander sans restriction !
