Old house completely renovated country, with rustic decor, very comfortable with good location between Loulé and Faro, close to Almancil Ancao beaches, Garrão Valley, Quinta do Lago ....
The house is divided into two floors, with the largest area on the ground floor, with only two bedrooms and one en-suite on the top floor.
The exterior is an extension of the house with a nice porch with barbeque with the pool and the garden next door ....

A very pleasant week with lovely spring sunshine. An ideal base for exploring the surrounding countryside with its many and varied walking trails.

However the location of this lovely property was not ideal for us. The main highway to Faro runs beside the fields, so heavy traffic whizzed by 24 hours. Also 2 years ago a giant MAR shopping centre and Ikea were built directly across the highway from the property. Such a shame to ruin such a lovely area. We had thought that we would be in the country up by Loule, but now know Loule is a large district, not just the city. The owners were wonderful and helped us out with many queries.
Zelia and Jose went out of their way and met us at the airport. Close to a shopping centre and the main A22 which is very handy. The villa is sparkling clean and has everything that you would need.

Großartiges Haus, tolles Grunstück, top gepflegt!
Sehr nette Vermieter, wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und zum Haus eskortiert. In der Küche erwartete uns Brot, Butter, Milch, Rotwein, Käse und Cornflakes. Nach einer Woche kamen die Vermieter zum wechseln der Bettwäsche und Handtücher und haben auch nebenbei das ganze Haus geputzt. Als wir wieder kamen, stand sogar noch eine Schale mit Erdbeeren auf dem Tisch. Der Pool wurde während unserer 14 Tage circa 3-4 mal gereinigt, völlig störungsfrei, kein bisschen aufdringlich!
Die Lage ist sehr gut, um die Algarve zu erkunden. Zum nächsten Shopping Center sind es keine 5 Minuten, wobei Shopping Center eine Untertreibung ist. Erwähnenswert ist noch, dass die Autobahn relativ nah hinter dem Grundstück liegt, was aber gerade abends nicht besonders stört beziehungsweise man hat sich sehr schnell daran gewöhnt.
In der Nähe ist unter anderem eine Kartbahn, im erwähnten Shopping Center ein Supermarkt mit sehr guter Auswahl, diverse Butiken und Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen.
Noch einmal zurück zum Haus:
Eine wirklich sehr gute Ausstattung, alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden, Gasherd, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Auf der Terrasse ist ein Grill zu finden und als besonderes Highlight gibt es sogar einen Tischkicker.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

Zelia, la propietaria es muy amable, la casa esta muy creca del centro comercial y de la principal ciudad Faro. Muy bien comunicado y a la vez muy tranquilo. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones fantasticas . La piscina estupenda. A la casa no le falta ningún detalle. Muy recomendable.
