Sitges: Apartment/ flat - Sitges

The apartment is well located being a short walk both to the beach and the train station useful, if you want to visit Barcelona which we did. There is no need to hire a car.

Antonio was an excellent host and shared his local knowledge which proved useful for seeking good well priced food.

Excellent views and the swimming pool which was very handy when it got really hot. They even kept the pool open after dark which was fun.

Maybe the trains could be slightly annoying.

We had a nice stay in this appartment, that has a beautiful view to the see.The big terrace, the swimming pool and the closed parking area are extras to the appartment.it was comfortable and big.I would recommend it to everybody.Thank you Antonio !

Wir machten einen 9-Tägigen Urlaub zu dritt hier. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Er spricht spanisch und englisch und ist jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Das Appartement befindet sich auf einem umfriedeten Gelände mit 4 Wohnblocks, die sich einen großen sauberen Pool und einen Parkplatz teilen. Auf dem Grundstück herrscht ein nahezu familiäres Flair. Das Objekt befindet sich ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand und vom touristischen Zentrum der Stadt entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch der Bahnhof ist ganz in der Nähe.

In dem 12-stöckigen Gebäude, in dem sich das Appartement befindet, fahren zwei (langsame) Fahrstühle.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad, ein Wohn- und zwei Schlafzimmer. Es findet sich alles, was man für einen angenehmen Selbstversorgerauftenhalt braucht - vom Korkenzieher über Wäscheklammer und Teelichter bis hin zum Geschirrspüler und Gummihandschuhe. Auch gut abgesichertes WLAN ist vorhanden. Da sich das Appartement im 10 Stock befindet hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Sitges und auf das Meer. Der Blick wird nur von dem davor stehenden Gebäude etwas verdeckt, was aber durchaus zu verkraften ist, da man an dem Gebäude seitlich vorbeischauen kann. Aufgrund der Höhe herrscht ein guter Durchzug in der Wohnung, wenn man die Fenster offen lässt. Dadurch muss man die vorhandene Klimaanlage eigentlich gar nicht nutzen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

El apartamento es cómodo y muy bien ubicado, con buenas vistas al estar en 10ª planta. La piscina y el parque de juegos infantil está muy bien.

Le point fort de cet appartement : sa situation centrale par rapport an centre ville et aux plages. Il est également très fonctionnel ! Il faut par contre aimer le style "vintage" car l'immeuble date des années 60 et l'appartement aurait besoin d'un coup de jeune... Mauvaise insonorisation et il manque vraiment un micro-ondes... Un très grand merci à Antonio qui s'est toujours montré très réactif et disponible pour nous. Un bon compromis !
