The apartment in residence ('l'Orée des pistes') is on the edge of the cross-country ski trails and a few minutes from the 50 ski lifts while being close to the center of the Rousses resort with a lovely view of the Risoux massif. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a recent 3-storey building (no elevator) with underground parking. The place is calm and relaxing in the middle of a meadow, at the foot of a toboggan run. All amenities are nearby (shops, restaurants, cinema, shops, doctors.) The range of activities and walks in summer and winter is dazzling: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, golf, riding school, tennis, ice rink, archery, cycle tourism, fishing, adventure park, lake and sailing center. Everything is magnificent, including Switzerland, whose border is 2 km away ... Geneva and Lake Geneva are half an hour away by car. It is up to you to imagine the tourist interest of this region which is known as 'the Swiss Jura'

Très satisfaits

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour aux Rousses. L'appartement bien situé à quelques pas du centre (restaurants, commerces, marché, et toutes activités) en est pour beaucoup (5 minutes à pied). L'appartement calme est bien aménagé et très propre. Son coin cuisine et son coin chambre séparés le rendent confortable et fonctionnel. A partir des Rousses, nous avons pu visiter de nombreux sites et lieux d'artisanats du Jura. Nous gardons les coordonnées pour d'autres séjours. A noter : le garage en sous-sol.

Un bon séjour dans la nature

Nous avons passé un beau moment dans cette petite location bien située, très proche du centre-ville.On peut faire pas mal de ballades à partir des Rousses. La neige n'est pas toujours au rendez-vous mais beaucoup de marche possible.

la tranquillité à l'état naturel

Petit studio très propre avec coin cuisine et coin chambre situé en bas des Rousses, au calme. Toutes les commodités sont sur place mais méfiez-vous cependant de l'eau des robinets mal réglée.A éviter donc en cas d'enfants.

Satisfaction

La situation de la location et sa description est précise. La location est très propre, bien entretenue, confortable, bien aménagée, très calme. Nous avons apprécié sa situation, proche du village, des commerces. Le garage est un plus non négligeable. Nous avons été très bien renseigné par le propriétaire et nous recommanderions volontiers cette location à des amis.
