Our home at 4880 Dahlia Court, Unit 101 is virtually new and spotlessly clean. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is fully equipped and is tastefully furnished with comfort in mind. All furniture, carpeting, major appliances, small appliances, dishes, utensils, and cookware are in top condition. New quartz counters, stainless steel sink and lighting were installed in the kitchen in 2017. New floors were laid in the kitchen and bathrooms in 2017, as well. The HVAC and hot water heater were replaced in 2015. The condo and its contents have been meticulously maintained. IMMACULATE is the key word to describe it.
Our condo is a first floor, end unit adjacent to the golf course. There are abundant parking spaces at the door, including a convenient handicap space. There are no steps to climb; no waiting for elevators... a blessing when you are carrying in groceries and luggage!

All the activities you expect when you go to a beach community for vacation are only a 5-minute drive away. Shopping malls, playing, dining, and the ocean are just minutes away. Grocery stores, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants are just down the road. Golf is literally at your back door.
If you are not a beach person or golfer, there is still plenty for you to do in the Myrtle Beach area. Or you can just enjoy the peace and quiet our end unit condo offers to get away from it all. Sit on the shaded patio or relax by the pool. It is the best of all worlds!
