The villa is equipped: 3 individually air-conditioned bedrooms, large bathroom with double sink, shower and separate bath (9m2), fitted kitchen (oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 1 fridge-freezer + 1 fridge), individually air-conditioned living room with 107 cm TV (orange) wifi internet access, DVD, WII for the enjoyment of young and old! 80 cm flat screen TV in master bedroom. A second refrigerator has been installed for your comfort since 2015.
Large covered and uncovered terraces, electric blinds, barbecue. The swimming pool is salted (secured by removable mesh barriers + alarm). Children's swing available.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir drei Frauen haben uns in diesem schönen Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist außerdem ein sicheres Haus mit Fensterläden, Alarmanlage und das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt mit einer Mauer. So konnten auch die Hunde nicht entwischen. Für das Auto gab es ein elektrisches Tor. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist herrlich und wird auch ständig bewässert. Wir waren Mitte September da und konnten sogar noch den Pool nutzen. Nach Montpellier, Nimes oder zu den Stränden sind es ca. 20- 30 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto. Man kann aber vom Nachbarort Lunel auch bequem mit dem Zug fahren, was auch günstig ist. Die Gegend ist traumhaft - viele alte römische Bauten wurden liebevoll restauriert. Wir entdeckten überall in den Orten kleine Schmuckstücke, kleine Gassen, schöne Brücken, kleine Läden von Künstlern. Für jeden, der nicht nur in der Sonne am Strand liegen will, sind das Haus und die Gegend nur zu empfehlen.

Heerlijk

We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, ruime keuken en badkamer, de slaapkamers hebben genoeg opbergruimte en de airco’s waren heel prettig bij 35 graden. De tuin is goed onderhouden en zeer ruim, met zowel schaduw, als ook zon. Het zwembad is heel fijn, de kinderen wilden er niet meer uit. Ook zijn Christine en Régis zeer vriendelijk en oprecht geïnteresseerd. Wij komen zeker nog een keertje terug.

Un Séjour agréable

Nous avons été bien accueillis par les propriétaires. La maison est fraîche, spacieuse et très agréable à vivre. Le jardin est très bien entretenu, un magnifique micocoulier à côté de la piscine permet de belles siestes à l'ombre. Nous avons apprécié les abricots😉.et le terrain de boules😄. Bref un bel endroit pour de belles vacances !

Super villa, excellente situation pour les visites

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, super sympas, merci encore pour le petit apéro réservé dans le frigo. La villa est très très bien équipée, très propre, la climatisation nous a fait du bien, dans le séjour ainsi qu’en dans les chambres, maison bien équipée avec 2 frigos + congélateur, le tout très utile dans cette région, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, TV, internet ..., très jolis extérieurs ainsi que la belle piscine. Tout est à l’identique comme décrit dans l’annonce. Dans un rayon de 25-30 km de la côte, de Montpellier, Nîmes ... c’est super intéressant. Nous avons eu plein de bonnes recommandations et bonnes adresses des propriétaires, toujours très disponibles. Merci encore pour tout

Excellent séjour dans cette belle villa de Villetelle

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa très bien située, dans un quartier calme et résidentiel, proche des plages et des commerces. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et son salon d'été ainsi que le terrain sans vis à vis, ombragé et bien entretenu. Villa climatisée, bien agencée et parfaitement équipée. La terrasse couverte est un plus pour profiter des repas à l'extérieur Un grand merci à Christine et Régis pour leur accueil chaleureux. En résumé une superbe villa pour passer d'excellentes vacances, Nous recommandons vivement cette location Marie -line et Franck
